What will you do?

Business Development, BURmastic/Modified Bitumen (BUR/MB) will drive sales (demand, adoption, and growth) for their assigned market segment and technologies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review each individual Roofing field sales (annual) business plan. Be part of 1) each local Roofing field sales team, 2) each Roofing regional sales leadership team, and 3) Roofing field sales training to drive growth via Rule-of-10's and project specific activity. Act as technical expert for related technologies in assigned area and market segment.
Leverage industry, segment, and/or product knowledge to identify gaps in assigned product line and present opportunities for development and growth.
Provide leadership, creative guidance, and collaborate with multiple cross functional stakeholders on pre-launch needs and post-launch support to enhance selling efforts; including but not limited to testing, certification, warranties, collateral, literature, case studies, and success stories. Collaborate with Sales on creating and executing plans to increase sales knowledge and drive revenue in assigned market segment and technologies, including but not limited to existing products, new product launches, and newly acquired products to drive sustainable growth and increase market share. Collaborate with the Learning team on content for our qualified applicator program (QAPs) and general industry training.
Work with local sales representatives to identify target contractors and other stakeholders to drive attendance at technical trainings. Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team on the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to meet business objectives and generate leads/opportunities/orders. Work in partnership with Corporate Development and Strategy groups to develop strategy maps and business plans.
Identify and assist in the prioritization of merger and acquisition (M&A) targets based on strategic initiatives and growth priorities. Drive integration of acquired products into new and established sales initiatives. Collaborate with Strategy and R&D teams on next generation technology. Create, implement, maintain, and train on the use of value calculators. Provide leadership within applicable industry associations and provide trade show support, as appropriate. Provide regular updates and communication to the business regarding activities, initiatives, outcomes, key performance indicators (KPI's), etc. Continuously enhance technical knowledge through self-study, industry networks, and research.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION: The average base salary for this position starts at $117,000; however, the actual salary will vary and may be above or below the average based on various factors including, but not limited to location, experience level, qualifications, and performance.
In addition to the base salary, this position offers a performance bonus based on the achievement of business goals.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position performs various diagnostic onsite inspections for customers, as well as other inspection services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform/assist with diagnostic roof inspections, including Infrared, Nuclear, visual, & other inspection services, along with related information gathering and verification tasks.
Work with Lead Diagnostics Technician
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary.
Assist with the Quality Control (QC) process for all diagnostic jobs, ensuring proper documentation to ensure that all work is completed accurately and that customers are satisfied.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, and in-person meetings) with customers, sales representatives, field staff, and internal company personnel on all diagnostic-related matters.
Serve as a point of contact for office personnel in case of any issues related to a diagnostic problem.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times when providing services to customers.
In conjunction with the Manager of Diagnostic Services, assist in training other field personnel on diagnostic tools, techniques, and processes.
Proper completion of all services and related paperwork.
Participate in all safety trainings and complete any required documentation.
Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Manager of Diagnostic Services or the VP of General Services

General Purpose of the Job:The Project Superintendent is responsible for managing assigned special projects and customers (including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc).

Create and update project schedules.
Keep projects on schedule and running efficiently.
Ensure the quality control management of projects.
Control and schedule all field inspections.
Verify that project work complies with contract documents.
Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, and affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards.
Generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction.
Upholding high levels of health and safety management in compliance with all codes and laws, and Tremco Policy.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Must be computer literate and competent in Internet software and Microsoft Office.
10 years of experience in commercial/industrial built-up roofing systems and/or 5 years of experience as a Foreman for BUR systems, materials, and their applications, single-ply roofing systems, building construction, and field fabrication of metal work.
Must be able to keep project records and interface with owners, sub-contractors, and Company management.
Extensive travel is required.
Thesalary for applicants in this position generally ranges between $64,000- $80,000.

What will you do?
Direct responsibility for Sales, Profit and Loss for the district. Compiles reports for the General Manager evaluating Industrial and Commercial TM's performance. Assists TM's whenever necessary in the field making sales calls, presentations, and manages ongoing installation projects. Spends a minimum of three to four days per week in the field with Stonhard customers. Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team. Strong desire to learn new skills and grow professionally. A proven ability to manage projects. The above description identifies only the primary duties pertaining to this position.

Complete work functions within Chemical production operations.
Responsible for the quality blending of finished products and the bulk, drum, and pail packaging of products.
Full understanding of Chemical Hazards specific to area assigned to, including PPE.
General forklift duties.
The core responsibility for blending and packaging of products demands the use of mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps, mixing equipment, and automation control systems.
Completion and compliance of all safety initiatives and certification requirements including all near miss and incident reporting.
Accountable for the data entry of production tickets, good receipts, and shipping documentation.
Daily inspection of work area and monthly document reporting.
Ensure that a clean organized work environment is maintained at all times.
Assist with physical inventory counts and processes.
Compliance with all applicable ISO requirements.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred, 2-year Process Technology Degree.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Preferred, Manufacturing, Chemical or Technical experience 2+ years.
Preferred, Forklift experience certified.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Good Attendance record.
Able to Work 12-hour shift: Dupont Schedule, Day and Graveyard rotation.
Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, squat down, and reach above your head throughout the day,
Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
Must be able to wear fall protection, and work at heights.
Must be able to wear respirator approx.
