The Technical Sales Representative ensures that the assigned revenue, margin and product mix objectives, within the corporate business framework, are met or exceeded.
This is to be accomplished by securing, developing, and managing key architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts.
This position will also own and manage all related performance and service metrics for the assigned accounts in the New York territory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.

Annually prepares and delivers strategic business/territory plans for each customer with monthly forecasts.
Consistently and efficiently follows the standard sales process to identify prospects and decision makers, gain customer commitment, predict sales probability, and effectively close deals.
Manages day-to-day contact, exchanges information succinctly, truthfully and ethically while addressing issues directly and tactfully in pursuit of mutual interest and benefit.
Develops and delivers technical, high quality and directed digital collateral, product prospectus, presentations, and business correspondence in support of the overall sales process.
Collaborates with senior staff to coordinate and execute product knowledge training sessions with internal and external customers, as appropriate, utilizing supplier representatives.
Leverages all available technology on a daily basis for productivity and effective lead generation, account maintenance, sales and expense tracking, forecasting, account reviews, customer contact, presentations, etc.
Works collaboratively with internal support resources to develop teamwork through cooperation, trust and mutual respect.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Hands-on leader to oversee and manage a team of assembly workers to ensure efficient, high-quality production of EIFS panels while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability for developing, growing, and continuously improving a strategic value stream to meet sales demand and volume expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage daily work/production schedules, allocate resources, and manage the workflow to ensure efficiency, timely completion of orders, and adherence to production targets.
Lead Tier 1 meetings and support Tier 2/3 meetings daily/weekly.
Plan and schedule production runs based on customer demand and agreed upon delivery dates.
Prepare and coordinate front-end set-up and planning to ensure smooth operations to meet daily production targets.
Monitor the assembly process and workflow as well as staging and packaging to identify potential issues, resolve production problems, address employee questions, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and meet quality specifications.
Recommend capital investments to automate processes.
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and set-up of production equipment to ensure maximum operating efficiency.
Work with Quality Control to conduct quality checks on completed panels to validate tolerances and specifications.
Ensure proper staging and packaging to minimize damage.
Review daily production records, identify trends, and evaluate employee performance.
Lead and motivate assembly workers, providing guidance and support on the floor side by side with the assembly team.
Oversee and guide employees in their daily tasks, including training, delegating tasks, and ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures including those regarding safety.
Train new employees and document and provide guidance on new processes and/or equipment.
Communicate with other departments and key personnel, customer service, operations, shipping, procurement, etc.
to facilitate seamless workflow and address concerns to ensure customer expectations are understood and relevant information is shared and communicated to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Prepare production reports and maintain records.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, industrial manufacturing, engineering or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly with proven supervisory skill and experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, quality control, and production management.
Minimum of 2 years construction or trades experience - plastering, troweling, painting, or other application technology preferred.
Experience safely and effectively using hand tools.
Experience with CNC equipment, preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Quality assurance or manufacturing management certifications preferred.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of assembly line operations and basic construction management
Ability to read blueprints and technical designs, and translate to production assembly processes

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Construction Managers and General Contractors to incorporate as many Tremco products as possible on construction projects.
Collaborate with key stakeholders' decision makers to develop their building enclosure risk mitigation strategy, based upon the Tremco CPG Construction Quality Control Program and the Enclosure Commissioning Process which includes but is not limited to:
Review drawings and details, provide specification assistance, assess constructability reviews, attend pre-construction and pre-installation meetings, prepare performance mockups, conduct site audits, and attend field testing.
Work collaboratively with the local Technical Sales Representatives on all Construction QC Program Projects and all Enclosure Design Solutions Services.
Synergize with the local representatives to ensure the installing contractor bid all Tremco products as the basis of design for any given project.
Support sales teams to win or flip non-Construction QC Program Projects by aiding with design, specification or constructability reviews, assess detail solutions at transitions, and deliver Tremco CPG presentations, as necessary.
Work with Architects and Consultants to ensure specifications and details are constructible and when possible, make Tremco CPG Companies the Basis of Design.
Provide product recommendations for the enclosure design.
Conduct design review and specification review for all building enclosure design.
Collaborate with the Owner's 3rd Party Consultant or Building Enclosure Commissioning Provider.
Work with the design team to provide project specific transition details support.
Work with Owners, Architects and Consultants to provide specifications for building enclosure performance warranties provided by Tremco CPG.
Work with construction teams to flip non-Tremco CPG Projects into incorporating multiple Tremco CPG Companies products onto their projects.
Collaborate with other Tremco CPG Companies' team members to continually improve upon the Enclosure Design Solutions Services and Construction Quality Control Program and promote products within the Tremco CPG Companies.
Work with the Regional and local Tremco CPG Company Technical Sales Reps on projects developed under the Construction Quality Control Program.
Work with the appropriate Tremco CPG Brand Partners in transitioning new construction projects to Tremco's six-sided Asset Management Program.
Collaborate and work with the Building Enclosure Science Team, the Sustainable Test Facility, and the Tremco CPG Company Technical Reps.
Use SalesForce to track and communicate their projects information among team members.
Present at the Local and National level to architects, construction managers, consultants, and industry organizations.
EDUCATION
Minimum HS Diploma or GED with 5 years' experience in a laboratory environment OR Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, General Science or similar with no experience.
EXPERIENCE
Two to four years related experience and/or training
Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, glazing etc.)
Basic knowledge of product chemistries

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel.
Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval and certification of each Field Rep, including, but not limited to, OSHA Hazard Awareness, Toolbox Talks, etc.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services provided.

Knowledge of roof coatings, patch & repair products, and roofing systems.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with distributors, contractors, and internal teams.
Ability to perform roof inspections and climb roofs as needed.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging new customer prospects, including contractors, design professionals, business owners, and distributors.
Success in this role requires technical expertise and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote, present, and sell products and services to both existing and potential clients. Conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses to align product offerings with customer needs. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to drive long-term business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation. Work closely with Customer Service to resolve issues quickly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Consistently achieve sales goals and meet deadlines. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Analyze and report on market trends, territory potential, and sales activities. Stay updated on industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Seek continuous feedback to improve performance and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
A proven track record in selling concrete construction products is strongly preferred.
Candidates with industry-specific experience are highly encouraged to apply. High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Certifications in construction or industry-related fields are a plus. Minimum 8 years of proven experience in sales of concrete construction products. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients. Demonstrated ability to cold call contractors and provide expert technical support. Experience providing job site services and troubleshooting/installing concrete repair products.
