JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects associated with a construction-related project.
This will include but is not limited to, General Contracting projects, larger-scale Contracting Patch and Repair Projects, TremCares, etc.
This will involve working with the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, or WTI Technician assigned to the project to ensure the project is effectively executed anc completed safely, and all contractual obligations are adhered to.
Additional duties will include participating in onsite meetings, scope of work development, proposal review, specification review, completion of project schedules, assembling project submittals, obtaining building permits, project closeout documents, and other duties as directed by the Construction Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for contributing to and validating proposals and specifications.

Effective Close-out
Cost Estimates and schedules
Use of ebuilder for all project documentation per policy manual.
Assist the Construction Manager in tracking project costs, budget variances, and profitability.
Accountable for Quality Assurance.
Ensure the subcontractor has submitted the required documents.
Establish timelines and goals.
Manage key metrics and report as required.
Coordinate with Program Managers, Project Administrators, Project Estimators, Specification Writers, Sales Representatives, and RBM when needed.
Assist in the review of submitted proposals and contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance.
Review of line-item generated proposal documents.
Direct Project Superintendents as needed.

Specification Development Stage:
Works with the Construction Manager and Sales Representative to establish a scope of work for the project.
Completion of specification requests and related documents.
Responsible for specification review as required by the Construction Manager.
Pre-Proposal Stage:
Conducts Pre-Proposal Meeting and distributes completed Pre-Proposal Meeting documentation to all applicable parties.
Assist the Construction Manager in reviewing proposals.
Prepare Proposal Documents as directed by the Construction Manager.
Pre-Construction Stage:
Publish the Project Schedule.
Assists Construction Manager in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting.
Engages with the Project Superintendent to provide necessary project information.
Conducts Pre-Construction Meetings and distributes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation to all applicable parties.
Obtain Building Permit when required.
Construction Stage:
Review Daily Inspection Forms and ensure they are distributed to all applicable parties and uploaded into project files.
Visits job site as necessary or directed by the Construction Manager.
Conduct weekly Progress Meetings, virtual or onsite, and distribute meeting minutes to all applicable parties.
Maintain Project Schedule and update on a weekly basis.
Perform site audits as appropriate.
Review subcontractor payment requests with the Construction Manager.
Assemble AIA billing applications for the Construction Manager's review and approval.
Assist the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, Owner, or Sales Representative as needed.
Close Out Stage:
Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating the final inspection.
Ensure all required documents are uploaded into the project files.
Other Requirements:
Ability to travel out of town may include overnight travel
Must have transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to work weekends and/or holidays if needed
Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Open to relocation after completion of the programThe salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $52,000 and $55,000.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION DUTIES/TASKS:
Satellite Hazardous Waste Accumulation
Production tank/Cleaning/filling
1.
Production Quality Lab Technicians may have to dispose of product samples, line flush, off-spec product, or expired product retain samples.
This waste material is transferred to the hazardous waste satellite accumulation drum.
2.
Production workers clean equipment and tanks pre-rinse, wipe, scrub, and final rinse surfaces using wash solvent, brushes and rags.
Dirty solvent is transferred to the satellite accumulation area.
3.
Transfer used wash solvent to the satellite accumulation drum or tank.
4.
Ensure hazardous waste storage or accumulation containers remain sealed except during the addition or removal of waste.
5.
Ensure Hazardous Waste storage containers are clearly labeled "Hazardous Waste."
6.
Care must be exercised when introducing waste into the satellite accumulation drum.
Do not drop on floor or area.
In the case of any spilled material, spills or drops shall be cleaned up immediately.
7.
When 55 gallons has accumulated, the satellite accumulation container must be moved to a permanent hazardous waste storage area within 3 days and relabeled "Hazardous Waste."
REQUISITE SKILL, EDUCATION, OR OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
1.
Knowledge and understanding of the chemical characteristics of the wastes which they are assigned to handle or control (i.e., flammability, toxics, incompatibilities, etc.).
2.
Type of protective equipment and clothing to be worn.
3.
Knowledge of what to do or who to notify in the event of a release, fire, or explosion.
4.
Knowledge of communication and alarm system.
5.
Know procedures for using facility emergency equipment.
6.
Predetermined responses and methods to control releases, fires, or explosions.
7.
Ability to shut down operations.

in Pasadena, TX.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Production Technician, you will be expected to perform day-to-day operational tasks related to receiving, manufacturing and shipping of products.
As part of your main duties and responsibilities you will be expected to:
Produce a quality product by following established procedures.
Correctly sample process batches in line with protocols.
Perform quality inspections to ensure quality is in line with expected standards.
Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system and if required, escalate to the attention of the Production Manager.
Work in line with and meet the scheduled production requirements.
Conduct inventory checks periodically as required.
Assist Production Manager in reviewing process orders, determining raw material needs and planning accordingly.
Assist in the training of new employees within the department.
Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
Perform other related duties at the request of the Production Manager.
Qualifications & Previous Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

The Euclid Chemical Company is now hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cleveland, OH This position is primarily responsible for performing preventative maintenance (PM) tasks to ensure the ongoing reliability, safety, and performance of plant equipment.
In addition to scheduled PMs, this role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems as needed to minimize unplanned downtime.
Technicians will also assist with equipment installations, fabrication, and continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and improve equipment life
Weld and fabricate components for equipment repair or modification as needed
Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild a wide variety of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
Diagnose and repair AC/DC electrical systems using meters, schematics, and other test equipment
Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
Accurately complete and update maintenance records using SAP's Plant Maintenance Module
Assist with identifying repairs, documenting short- and long-term needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work area
Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, man lifts, and scissor lifts
Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various environmental conditions
Comply with all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
Strong mechanical knowledge, including troubleshooting and repair of pumps, gearboxes, motors, chains, sprockets, pulleys, and belts
Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
Skilled in welding, fabrication, and use of cutting equipment
Basic computer skills, including the use of email and maintenance
High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications or training is a plus
Requirements:
Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with occasional overtime based on production and maintenance needs.
Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.Physical Requirements:
The ability to stand, walk, lift, and move for extended periods.
Regular activities include standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel objects, reaching with arms, speaking, and hearing.
Frequent actions include climbing or balancing, while occasional tasks may involve sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
The technician must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
