GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Email Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in the success of Tremco Construction Products Group's email marketing initiatives.
This specialist will be responsible for developing and executing email campaigns using HubSpot's marketing automation software for Tremco CPG's major brands.
They will drive engagement and conversions by creating compelling content, managing and segmenting subscriber lists, and utilizing performance data to optimize email strategies.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders will be essential to ensure alignment and effectiveness in delivering consistent, high-quality emails to internal and external audiences.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Email Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly regular email campaigns for both internal and external audiences, ensuring on-time delivery, clear messaging, and alignment with brand guidelines. Manage ad hoc email requests, including campaigns for training sessions, drip campaigns, events, and other one-time initiatives.
HubSpot Platform Maintenance and Optimization: Conduct quarterly HubSpot audits and clean-ups, including maintaining and organizing lists, forms, workflows, media files, and related assets. Implement updates and adjustments to ensure database cleanliness and platform efficiency. Work with the Marketing Automation Specialist to implement new HubSpot features that become available.
Content and Asset Creation: Develop and create emails, forms, CTAs, and workflows in HubSpot, addressing specific requests from the Marketing Automation Specialist and other collaborators. Employ creative and strategic skills to write engaging email copy and design templates that resonate with the target audience.
Personalization and Testing: Utilize HubSpot's personalization tools to tailor email messaging to segmented audiences for optimal engagement. Conduct A/B testing to measure effectiveness of subject lines, design, content layout, and CTAs to drive continuous improvement.
Analysis and Reporting: Monitor email performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to refine campaign strategies. Collaborate with the Marketing Automation Specialist to ensure seamless integration of email analytics into broader reporting initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to gather content, approvals, and input for email communications. Maintain clear communication and ensure all email campaigns reflect organizational goals and brand standards.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Four-year degree in Marketing or a related field
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum of 1 year experience in email marketing with a proven track record of managing email sends that yield effective results required; 2-3 years experience preferred. Proficiency in HubSpot marketing automation software with hands-on experience in email campaign creation, list segmentations, and workflow management. Understanding of email marketing strategy and best practices related to engagement and conversion.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Marketing Software and other related HubSpot certifications preferred

Due to a growth in company output, there is a need for a new Programme Manager who has a Mechanical Engineering pedigree.
Based in Cambridge, you will be leading several projects.
Some projects will involve you offering support and mentorship to junior members of staff, while other projects will involve you taking on the mechanical design aspects yourself.
We are looking for someone who has been working hands on developing new Medical Devices technologies in their current role, while mentoring other members of staff.
Most projects will be on electro-mechanical Medical Devices, so you will need to have worked on these types of technologies.
They could be implantable medical devices, wearable tech or another medical technology that abide by EN60601 standards.
Apart from past work experience, it is expected that you would hold a relevant degree within a suitable subject that led you into a Medical Devices Mechanical Engineering role.
It would also be advantageous if you hold a master's or PhD, but not essential as the active work experience in industry is more important.
The types of technologies you will be developing are lifesaving and life improving medical devices, truly industry disrupting technologies that will save and improve thousands of people's lives.
This role will involve working with external and internal entities, involving a lot of communications both virtual and in real life, due to this it would be advantageous if you have worked in a role that involved communicating updates and project changes continuously.
I mentioned knowing about EN60601, but it would also be essential to have a strong understanding of ISO 13485.
People who have been successful in this role previously tend to have a highly technical hobby, this could be building drones, tinkering with engines, computer programming or another hobby that involves problem solving.
If you do have such a hobby, make sure you highlight it on your CV to give you the best chance of gaining an interview.

Job Purpose
This role leads the U.S.
marketing team and works collaboratively across regions to support global marketing strategies.
It oversees digital programs and brand initiatives that drive sales growth, enhance customer experience, and strengthen Stonhard's brand presence, while also managing internal communications and company events to promote a positive and engaged culture.
Principal Accountabilities
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform.
The actual duties required of this position may vary.
Support and implement marketing strategies across various channels and events that align with the company's overall vision.
Hold a seat on global marketing council, to make collaborative global marketing decisions with other marketing leaders.
Maintain a position on Stonhard leadership team to support company goals, including long-term strategy process.
Work with digital and content team to support compelling marketing content for websites, social media, literature, and digital signage tools.
Work with creative services to support graphic design, literature, and merchandise program and fulfillment.
Manage approvals for marketing purchases.
Support customer market manager on salesforce.com, automated marketing platform, leads, and customer survey program.
Guide US marketing team members to work together, inspire creativity and ensure effective marketing, and encourage career development and learning within the group.
Work closely with sales, tech service, R&D, business intelligence, and market managers to ensure alignment of sales and overall company goals and capture market trends, innovation, development and product launches, understand customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for market growth and innovation.
Lead internal communications to maintain consistent and strong messaging and help build corporate culture.
Support tradeshow and event planning, aligning with company initiatives, outside interests, philanthropic goals to guide positive company culture.
Experience |Education | Certifications
Bachelor's in communications/marketing, or digital marketing with a minimum of five years marketing experience.
Experience managing others.
Experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines, including digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, content) and traditional marketing channels.
Leadership skills with a desire to grow and thrive in corporate culture.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Understanding and ability to execute digital analytics, including SEO and GEO.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative thinker.
Proficient with Microsoft applications.
Willingness to travel.
Benefits and Compensation
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $85,000 and $90,000.
The range is an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

DAP is looking to hire Customer Service Representative at our Baltimore, MD Location.
The customer is everything at DAP and our Customer Service Representatives take first class care of them.
They roll up their sleeves and handle anything requested by our field sales reps and our B2B customers (dealers and distributors) that will keep orders on-track and on-time.
Upon completion of the training program, this rep will work 9:30 am - 6:00 pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with our sales reps and B2B customers via various methods, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers in both USA and Canada locations in order status, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure swift resolutions.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our system.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:.
Must be able to work 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
High School (or equivalent)
Effective communications skills - verbal and written, SAP experience a plus
Grace under pressure - remain positive and focused to the task at hand
Effective problem-solving skills - quick on your feet and can think outside of the box
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work all with a sense of urgency
Familiarity with use of PC system for order placement, pricing, and distribution and to obtain information relative to customers, orders and products.
