Pre-weigh Personnel (Job Description)
Scope:
Pre-Weight personnel are responsible for having product formulas properly weighed for production mixing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Examine materials, ingredients, or products visually or with hands, in order to ensure conformance to established standards • Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas. • Communicating with Supervisors or Peers • Package products for storage or shipment. • Select and measure or weigh ingredients, using English or metric measures and balance scales. • Follow formulas to produce food products to meet customers specified. • Operate or tend machines to mix or blend any of a wide variety of food products. • Read work orders to determine production specifications and information • Dump or pour specified amounts of materials into machinery and equipment. • Record operational and production data on specified forms • Maintain a clean work area • Frequently Walk; Reach with hands and arms; the employee is regularly stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; Talk, hear. • Perform all work in accordance with GMP's, housekeeping, good safety practices, and environmental regulations. • Adheres to all safety and quality procedures/regulations
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
• Must possess good reading, writing and math skills. • Must always be safety conscious • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. • Capable of working independently • Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately
Education and Experience:
• Education: High school diploma.

The Role
We are seeking experienced Account Managers / Traders / Business Development professionals from the electronic components, semiconductor, or electronics distribution sectors.
This is a purely commercial, revenue-generating role, where you will be responsible for developing and managing global customer relationships and driving significant gross profit across OEM, EMS, and brokerage channels.
You will have full ownership of your accounts, the freedom to operate globally, and direct access to decision-makers within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with OEM, EMS, and distribution customers
Identify, source, and close high-value trading opportunities in electronic components
Build and grow a strong international customer base
Deliver consistent gross profit performance in line with targets
Work closely with internal sourcing teams to ensure rapid fulfilment of requirements
Develop new business across shortage, excess, and spot-market opportunities
Maintain strong pipeline management and commercial discipline
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience within electronic components, semiconductor distribution, or brokerage
Strong track record of generating $500K+ GP annually
Existing network within OEM / EMS / distribution supply chains
Commercially driven with a strong closing ability
Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven sales environments
Ability to operate independently with high levels of autonomy

Key Responsibilities of Engineering Maintenance Planner
To plan all Maintenance across the plant, both electrical and mechanical activities and developing scopes of work, method statements, risk assessments and parts lists etc.
Participate in meetings to review daily/weekly work schedules and backlogs and report data
Carry out inductions, managing authorisation to work and work permits
Provide good communication skills to colleagues & production personnel to develop an understanding of the machinery operation so faults can be rectified efficiently.
Promote the development and implementation of the Factory CMMS system.
Application of TPM Tools & Techniques to generate Continuous Improvement throughout all areas of the Factory and support process improvement throughout the factory.
Qualifications & Experience for Engineering Maintenance Planner
Previous experience working within an engineering capacity with demonstrable knowledge as an Engineering Planner & expertise as an Engineering Maintenance Planner on Industrial Plant & Equipment.
High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems (such as SAP and Shire Pirana)
High degree of Health & Safety awareness.
Familiar with LEAN Manufacturing principles
Understanding of RAMS and compliance within an industrial engineering capacity

Responsibilities:
The summer intern would work under mentorship of a senior scientist / Supervisor to perform collaborative research for development adhesives or repair products with unique and differentiated properties.
The intern will work on Conduct formulation optimization of hybrid sealants by modifying prepolymers, UV stabilizers, additives, and fillers, followed by evaluating elongation properties, storage stability, UV resistance, and adhesion performance.
Pay
$17 / hour.
Requirements
Major: Chemistry Sophomore, Junior, or Senior. General lab skills (formulating, mixing, ability to research test methods and raw materials). General understanding of adhesive and sealants. Good time management. Data analysis.
Organized. Good communication skill and time management. Likes to work with hands-on testing in a laboratory setting. Attention to details, inquisitive, good notes taker, desire to learn and grow.
