Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Position Summary:
Direct Labor responsibility for mixing and packaging in-process and finished good inventory.
Essential Functions:
Stage and prepare all raw materials associated with production batches.
Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in batch making and packaging areas, with active engagement in positive safety behavior.
Communicates (gives a heads up) low levels of raw material to supervisory staff.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
The hourly starting rate for applicants in this position wage is $25.00 plus a $1.00 shift premium.
This amount is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
This position is also eligible for a 6% annual bonus. This position will practice the DuPont work schedule.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Optimize maintenance operations by developing and executing plans, schedules, and performance reports to track key maintenance initiatives across assigned manufacturing facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Managers to prioritize and schedule preventative maintenance activities.
Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to input, maintain, and update maintenance data, including work orders, preventative maintenance (PM) instructions, and performance tracking.
Design and implement PM procedures and instructions to ensure consistent execution.
Generate, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPI), including work order completion time, breakdown reduction, and completion percentage.
Monitor and analyze the parts inventory system; support purchasing transactions including purchase orders, issues, returns, and adjustments.
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee periodic cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
Apply Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices to drive maintenance initiatives and improve equipment reliability.
Capture and report maintenance data, including losses, costs, breakdown analyses, and corrective actions.
Manage documentation of maintenance contracts, budgets, agreements, and historical performance records.
Provide subject matter expertise in CMMS to optimize scheduling, documentation, and reporting of maintenance activities.
Support procurement by assisting with material, supply, and service recommendations to sustain facility operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards by maintaining accurate and complete records.
Develop, plan, and deliver training programs to enhance maintenance team skills and capabilities.
Conduct total cost of ownership analyses (parts, labor, downtime) for equipment to inform operational and purchasing decisions.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: HS diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 1 year of experience with maintenance or production planning.

This individual will lead Carboline's integrated Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process to drive alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans.
As a key member of the Supply Chain leadership team, the Director will partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Product Management and Market leaders to embed SIOP discipline across the business.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, or SIOP/IBP.
Proven experience in inventory governance and optimization with measurable results in reducing excess/slow-moving stock while improving service.
Strong ERP and planning system background.

Facilitate Executive SIOP reviews to highlight demand-supply risks, inventory positions, and financial implications.
Ensure demand planning outputs are translated into actionable supply and inventory requirements.
Partner with Operations and Procurement to align capacity, sourcing, and distribution with inventory strategies.
Provide scenario modeling for inventory trade-offs during constraints, new product launches, and major projects.
Leverage system analytics to enable real-time visibility to inventory and planning performance.
Standardize metrics and dashboards across operations.
Lead continuous improvement in planning and inventory management maturity, including digital tools, automation, and advanced analytics.
