As part of their strategic growth plans, they're now seeking to add a further member to the team and recruit a Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner / FP&A Analyst.
As a Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner / FP&A Analyst, you'll work closely with the Lead BA who will mentor, develop and enable you to grow into the role that is designed to give deep insights into the business financial performance across the various operational divisions.
In addition to insights, you'll informally produce recommendations to be shared with the Senior Leadership team to enable them to make data driven decisions to enhance profitability and margins.
You'll also support longer-term financial planning initiatives and help shape forward-looking commercial decisions.
THE FINANCE ANALYST / FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER / FP&A ANALYST ROLE:
As the Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner / FP&A Analyst, you'll be working closely with other Business Analysts and members of the finance team.
Producing weekly reporting on sales across various locations and wages performance
Monthly reporting and investigation of KPI's
Monthly review of costs against budget and analysis of variances
Development, review and investigation of KPI variances and performance trends
Investment appraisal and post investment performance analysis
Working with our BI system and Budgeting system to ensure the accuracy of the information
Working closely with IT and data teams to improve data accuracy, integrity and reporting effectiveness
Undertaking some Finance Business Partnering by working with on-location Division Managers to develop budgets and forecasts
Supporting the development of forecasts and longer-term financial plans
Attendance at meetings to review business performance
Detailed analysis of business performance to identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement
Preparation and presentation of financial reports to communicate performance to stakeholders
Involvement in ad-hoc projects and financial analysis as required
THE PERSON:
Essential
The candidate must be a graduate calibre and ideally Part or Fully Qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
Must have experience in a role such as Finance Analyst, Finance Business Partner, FP&A Analyst, or similar
Must have 2 years + experience of previous work history within a transactional Finance / Accounts function
An excellent attention to detail is key as well as the ability to identify trends.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Confident, down to earth approach with good communication skills
High level of IT competency
Self-motivated with initiative and ability to work to tight deadlines
Full UK Driving Licence (owning a car is not essential)
Desirable
Experience of using BI and/or Budgeting Systems
Experience of Stock or Inventory reporting / forecasting

Job Purpose:
Based in Clapham, SW London, my client is looking for a pragmatic and enthusiastic IT Support Technician to support our IT Manager.
Preferably with School/Education experience, this is a key role reporting to the IT Manager.
The post-holder will be responsible, with the IT Manager, for the function and success of our IT infrastructure along with the user experience.Job Duties:
· To provide level 1 & Level 2 technical support to all of the school's users across both school sites in Clapham
· Meeting and greeting walk-in visitors to the IT office and providing support as needed, along with attending classrooms and offices to resolve issues.
· Responding to tickets and tasks assigned by the IT Manager within the agreed SLAs.
· To operate, install, update and work with equipment such as smartboards, external storage devices, computer diagnostic tools, printers etc.

· To accurately record asset movements ( IMAC's ) on the asset management tracking system.
· To train users on new systems by performing technical demonstrations to acquaint them with operational procedures when required.
· To accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system.
· To support major IT issues or upgrades which are not possible to perform during normal school hours.
· To act as a technical advocate within the school; promoting thoughts and ideas that contribute towards more efficient and productive systems.
To assist in the migration and implementation of new IT systems.
· To assist the theatre technician when required with A/V and IT support.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in 1st and 2nd Line support role with a strong knowledge of hardware, networking and basic AV equipment.Hands-on experience with AD, MS365, Intune and Autopilot.Experience of using and troubleshooting Active Directory ( on-prem ) and Entra-ID / Azure AD.Knowledge of endpoint security, Compliance policies and remote management.Strong attention to details and a process-driven mindset.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Desirable: IT related certifications ( Microsoft, CompTIA, ITL , Cisco )

Position: Dual Registered Manager Location: Melksham Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum + £12,000 welcome bonus! Hours: Mon - Fri - 37.5 per week
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
Oversee the development and implementation of individual care plans for children and young people.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and legislation.
Foster a positive and nurturing environment for both staff and children.
Manage and support a dedicated team, promoting professional development and best practices.
Liaise with external agencies, families, and stakeholders to provide a holistic approach to care.
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar leadership role within a children's residential setting.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare).
In-depth knowledge of children's social care regulations and safeguarding policies.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people.
