My client is a well-respected and established national law firm who are experiencing a significant period of growth.
They are currently looking for experienced Residential Conveyancers, qualified Solicitors, Conveyancers or Legal Executives to join their team.
You will be working within a high volume residential conveyancing environment.
You should be able to:
- Run a substantial caseload and perform a full range of tasks
- Act independently when establishing priorities and managing deadlines
- Work well within a team and mentor others
- Utilise your extensive experience and knowledge of residential conveyancing
- Assist team members as and when required
- Communicate, and build, relationships with clients and third parties in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist the team to ensure company targets are met
- You will be dealing with a personal caseload of residential property files, and you will have fantastic communication skills both orally and written.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete tasks efficiently, accurately and within specified timescales, such as:
- Managing a substantial caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions (circa 100) including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties, until such time as your manager deems it appropriate to increase your portfolio of cases
- Processing and dealing with post in a timely manner
- Checking contract documentation, mortgage offers and search results
- Replying to complex legal enquiries
- Resolving complex queries which are raised on files by colleagues, both onshore and offshore, and third parties
- Understand and produce accurate financial statements
- Understand the ledgers within Visual Files & Practice Manager
- Dealing with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions
- Processing tasks such as; Conflict of Interest letters, cares calls to the client, contract checks, mortgage reports and search results, replying to freehold and leasehold enquiries
- Daily task list management
- Identifying, monitoring and achieving targets on a monthly basis by using Management Information Reports such as Case Referral and Phone Manager.
- Utilise Management Information reports for housekeeping of files.
- Recognising potential risks and when to report them to a senior member.
- Work to and maintain Service Level Agreements
You will be able to:
- Manage telephone calls.
- Understand and report on complex legal issues and documentation.
- Actively communicating with clients, recommenders, conveyancers, agents and third parties.
This will include communication in person, in writing, or by telephone.
- Ability to check, draft and produce accurate comprehensive documentation for clients, professional persons and third parties.

Shop Drawings). Coordinate and assist with any addendum, request for information, change proposal requests and change orders; make necessary revisions to existing drawings. Prepare final drawings based on prior work examples and input from designers and/or engineers. Establish, implement, and maintain quality control procedures. Document RevitBIM standards, processes, procedures, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across projects. Identify and resolve clashes, conflicts, and discrepancies within Revit/BIM models to ensure smooth coordination between various disciplines. Collaborate across functions to ensure accurate and timely designs in accordance with established budgets and estimates. Prioritize all work in accordance with project deadlines. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The BIM Specialist is responsible for transforming conceptual layouts to full fabrication and installable LOD400 models of metal panels that integrate with the building design along with associated shop drawings and custom Revit schedules to facilitate shop fabrication.
The ability to perform minor changes to existing Revit families desired, or knowing when to reach out for advanced help.
The BIM Specialist will support senior modelers and project teams and promote the best tools and Revit/BIM best practices for each project with required configurations and deployments.
May lead discipline specific Revit/BIM modeling content for design projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain, modify and if able create new Revit families alone or in conjunction with the BIM Manager for the Texas Panel Plant. Create models using Autodesk Revit.
(Current version plus three release back) Create project specific 2D and 3D drawings and models for project submittals, special projects, bid packages, and product manufacturing (i.e.
Shop Drawings). Coordinate and assist with any addendum, request for information, change proposal requests and change orders; make necessary revisions to existing drawings. Prepare final drawings based on prior work examples and input from designers and/or engineers. Establish, implement, and maintain quality control procedures. Document RevitBIM standards, processes, procedures, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across projects. Identify and resolve clashes, conflicts, and discrepancies within Revit/BIM models to ensure smooth coordination between various disciplines. Collaborate across functions to ensure accurate and timely designs in accordance with established budgets and estimates. Prioritize all work in accordance with project deadlines. Maintain and improve knowledge of Revit/BIM techniques, drawing standards, practices, and engineering procedures as well as new and emerging technologies and best practices impacting digital design to enhance productivity and efficiency as well as profits. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's Degree or similar in Design, CAD, Engineering, architecture, or related field.

Minimum 2 years experience as a Revit modelling practitioner working with project architects, engineers or managers.

Maintenance of accurate information in key systems, this could include bank statements, transactions, bookkeeping, preparing the financials and pack or accounting records for a portfolio of clients.
Actively participate in calls/meetings with the client to discuss matters arising and the tracking of work against deliverable schedule.
Responsible for work on more complex entities/areas.
Preparation of information for the client, which may include portfolio information, bookkeeping, Trial Balances or financial statements and/or liquidation account.

Provide support to junior team members and the team Manager as and when required.
Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.

In this role, you will be responsible for the set-up/on-boarding and subsequent ongoing accounting of Private Capital funds and leading a team.
Skills/Experience:
Excellent working knowledge of fund accounting practices and standards, ideally including IFRS, UK GAAP and US GAAP
A recognised accountancy qualification (e.g.
ACCA/ACA), or able to demonstrate competency through experience
Excellent working understanding of various types of PE transactions
Strong leadership and management skills and experience.
Stakeholder management skills and client management experience.
Understanding of wider Private Capital industry standards and regulations is desirable.
Previous experience in Private Capital fund accounting preparation is desirable.
Core Responsibilities:
Assist with drafting the Service Level Agreements
Assist in preparation and agreeing accounting reporting templates with client
Assist with the review of fund documentation and Business Acceptance Committee documentation pertaining to the launch of new funds and provide comments as necessary
Oversee and be actively involved in the day-to-day servicing of Private Capital fund clients and to ensure the fund is operating in line with the Service Level Agreement
Oversee the reconciliation process for cash, stock, shares/units in issued and ensure that all breaks identified are cleared on a timely basis and in accordance with agreed KPI
Involvement with external parties related to the fund including but not limited to Fund Manager, External Auditors, Transfer Agents, Tax Advisers, Custodian, Depositary, Board of Directors and other external service providers
Review drawdown and distribution calculation in accordance with the fund documentation
Liaise with internal and external auditors and manage the year end/interim audit process via a monitored timetable and audit requirement list
Management point of contact for clients, auditors, trustees, custodians and other departments within the business.
Develop internal and external client and stakeholder relationships.
Plan and manage client, audit, trustee and regulatory visits.
Oversight of team service delivery.
Responsibility for performance and KPI reporting.
