JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position performs various diagnostic onsite inspections for customers, as well as other inspection services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform/assist with diagnostic roof inspections, including Infrared, Nuclear, visual, & other inspection services, along with related information gathering and verification tasks.
Work with Lead Diagnostics Technician Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Assist with the Quality Control (QC) process for all diagnostic jobs, ensuring proper documentation to ensure that all work is completed accurately and that customers are satisfied. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, and in-person meetings) with customers, sales representatives, field staff, and internal company personnel on all diagnostic-related matters. Serve as a point of contact for office personnel in case of any issues related to a diagnostic problem. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times when providing services to customers. In conjunction with the Manager of Diagnostic Services, assist in training other field personnel on diagnostic tools, techniques, and processes. Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Participate in all safety trainings and complete any required documentation. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Manager of Diagnostic Services or the VP of General Services

DAP is currently looking to hire Supply Planning Manager. The Supply Planning Manager will be responsible to lead and integrate a robust S&OP process across the DAP enterprise.
They will manage the daily activities of demand, supply, and inventory planning.
Support the operations analytics function.
Responsibilities
Lead the Supply Planning process and sustain as business practice.
Develop, document, and communicate an integrated and aligned monthly supply plan to ensure customer service, inventory, and OEE targets are achieved.

Strong EXCEL skills, ability to create data analytical tools Exceptional ability to think creatively, generate options, build consensus, and execute. Strong project leadership, strategy development, process design, and change management skills. Demonstrated success navigating ambiguity and being resilient in a dynamic multifaceted business environment. Responsible for producing (making, cutting, labeling) high-quality floors, walls, lining and specialty samples for use as field sales tools.
Mix liquid amines and resins with silica sand in buckets or a blender and then trowel the material onto a sample board to a precise thickness.
Once the sample cures or solidifies, coating material is applied.
Once the sample passes the final curing process, the technician will cut the sample with a wet saw, sand it on a belt sander, and then lay out for final drying process.

Ensure that documentation on employee issues is submitted promptly to the HR department.
Act as an agent of change and improvement, and adapt quickly to changing business priorities. Manage regional financial data, including identifying trends, correcting utilization, and addressing issues related to gross margin and/or operating income.
Review individual job financials and make necessary adjustments to address poor performance and prevent recurring problems.
Forecast, analyze, and report on sales, establishing financial performance metrics.

Develop workforce planning, recruiting, and retention strategies to optimize the region's performance. Establish, define, and communicate a clear strategic direction and targets for achieving goals within the regional team. Work directly with the Managed Asset team to facilitate and provide support for designated national accounts.
