Support of the M&A group in reporting related to acquisitions, including P&L geography review during beginning phases of the acquisition process. Provide Financial Planning and Analysis support to the broader PCG management team on special projects and management requests. Oversight of the administrative aspects of PCG's Onestream environment, including: User access additions/removals Administration of the Account Reconciliation module of Onestream.

Experience |Education | Certifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/MBA or equivalent certification strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in a global manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of data flows between ERP systems and financial consolidation platforms, ensuring alignment between USGAAP and statutory reporting. Hands-on experience with Financial Close and Consolidation systems, such as OneStream. Proven track record of owning and leading the financial close and consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in alignment with public company deadlines. ERP system experience (Infor LN preferred) and comfort with digital finance tools and process automation platforms. Proven leadership and communication skills, with ability to influence across functions and regions in a matrixed organization. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex financial processes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and efficiency gains. ERP system experience (Infor LN preferred) and comfort with digital finance tools and process automation platforms. Proven leadership and communication skills, with ability to influence across functions and regions in a matrixed organization. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex financial processes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and efficiency gains. Benefits and Compensation
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $80,000 and $95,000.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project.
