Essential Functions:

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum education and experience: a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline or high school diploma and 5 years' experience in a related area, or suitable combination of education and relevant experience as described. Minimum of 10 years of responsible leadership experience in management or supervisory positions. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment and demonstrated proficiency with administrative functions. Extensive knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the thermoset polymer industry is a strongly considered asset. Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of office and facilities coordination and basic leadership and management knowledge. Demonstrated organization, facilitation, communication and presentation skills. Junior Electronics Engineer

An established and respected animal welfare charity in York is embarking on a once in a generation redevelopment of its animal home.
The current building, constructed in 1980, no longer meets modern welfare or operational standards.
Demand for services is rising sharply, and plans are now in place to create modern, sustainable facilities that will dramatically improve animal outcomes and future-proof provision for years to come.
Planning permission has been secured.
Designs are being finalised.
Construction is anticipated next year.
We are now seeking an experienced Capital Campaign Lead to design, launch and deliver a £5 million appeal and secure the remaining funds required.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-value capital campaign from strategy through to completion.
You will develop the case for support, lead private and public phases, cultivate major donors and high-net-worth individuals, build corporate partnerships, and ensure strong governance and stewardship throughout.
As a small, ambitious charity with no other paid fundraising resource, they are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on with a proven track record of securing significant gifts and building senior-level relationships.
About the role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will take overall responsibility for planning and delivering the campaign from strategy through to completion.
You will:
Develop and implement a comprehensive capital fundraising strategy
Lead private and public phases of the campaign
Secure significant gifts from major donors and high-net-worth individuals
Build and develop corporate partnerships
Prepare compelling cases for support, proposals and campaign materials
Support trustees and senior volunteers to leverage networks
Ensure robust governance, reporting and stewardship
Monitor income targets and adapt strategy as required
About you
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Experience of leading or contributing significantly to a £1m+ capital campaign
A strong track record of securing major gifts from HNWIs and corporate partners
Excellent proposal writing and relationship-management skills
Confidence working with financial targets and campaign milestones
The ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
Resilience, credibility and a results-driven mindset
Experience within animal welfare or a federated charity structure would be advantageous but is not essential.

With free onsite parking and a train station at Low Moor, the role is easily commutable from surrounding areas such as Bradford, Leeds, Brighouse, Huddersfield and Halifax.

What will you be doing as a Lagger?
As the Lagger, you will be installing insulated materials around pipes, boilers, ductwork other equipment to provide thermal insulation, frost protection and fire protection.
This role includes cutting and applying materials and securing them with wire as per safety regulations.
Onsite, you will work as part of a team with other skilled professionals to complete maintenance and necessary work

The company specialises in the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of manufacturing plants and equipment within the chemical, water and gas sectors.
They are looking for a Lagger to work on their Chemical Site.

Qualifications and Experience Needed of the Lagger:
I am keen to speak to candidates with lagging of thermal insulation experience on industrial, manufacturing and chemical environments.
The ideal candidate would have:
An apprenticeship in mechanical engineering (or an NVQ in Mechanical Engineering, City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering)
A strong background in lagging or in thermal insulation on pipework.
Valid CSCS Card.

CSCS Labourer / Offloader (Driver Required)
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card
UK driving licence
Own car (no van required)
Must live in NE12 postcode or within 10 miles
Role:Working as part of a 2-man team attending construction sites to offload kitchen deliveries from HGVs.
You will use your own car to transport yourself and the other labourer to site.
No van is required.
Duties include heavy lifting, unloading kitchen units safely, moving materials into designated areas, and general labouring support.
This is a physically demanding role with regular travel to different sites.
