Responsibilities:
Define the technical architecture for Sitecore projects, including infrastructure, database, and application components.
Identify and implement strategies to optimize Sitecore performance, scalability, and security Manage a small team of direct reports, providing clear goal setting, coaching, and collaboration all while maintaining Rust-Oleum's culture. Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the marketing department's long-term strategy. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5+ years working on Sitecore at an architect level. Strong skills in .NET, GraphQL, CSS, React, NextJS, TypeScript, C#, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL are essential, along with a deep understanding of Sitecore's headless architecture, APIs and best practices Solid understanding of Sitecore's workflows, content authoring process, and approval mechanisms Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders with strong project management and leadership skills. Requirements:

Hands-on bench experience with various chemistries (latex, moisture curing, reactive, etc.) in sealants, adhesives, coatings, repair or related field. Bench chemistry experience and familiarity with various analytical techniques: wet chemistry, titrations, microscopy, rheology, thermal analysis, tensile testing, etc. Experience operating lab scale mixing equipment as well as lab scale analytical and testing apparatus.

The Contractor Support Specialist is a sales and support role, designed to generate contractor discretionary business in a specific area while providing localized technical support.

* Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
* Perform roof inspections reports with written reports on condition analysis, photo documentation, recommendation and material budget estimates.
* Communicate professionally with our customers, Tremco sales representatives and regional sales managers and corporate staff.
* Complete weekly/monthly reports, sales activities, proposals and purchase orders.
* Travel within the assigned territory, complete expense reports on a timely basis.
* Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to:
* Peel tests
* Product recommendations
* Proper product installation
* Product diagnostic support to ensure the contractor is kept out of trouble in misuse of products for the situation.
* Provide an on-going sales support, training and development to the contractors, per the direction of the local sales reps.

* Develop new contractors in the area, per the local sales team, by training on product systems and their usage.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:

* 5+ years of roofing sales or technical experience in the commercial market.

* Class B CDL driver s license.
