We are looking for a Warranty Administrator - this is a temporary position.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Warranty Administrator is primarily responsible for:
Processing all warranty requests and maintaining accurate and up-to-date warranty files, samples, and product/system listings on the online warranty system.
As the system and software subject matter expert, this role is charged with identifying and managing all required modifications to the online warranty system, coordinating with IT and product line managers to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience for our customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as primary liaison with our software provider, as the internal "super-user", in understanding the system capabilities; creating user training and ongoing maintenance updates to ensure access and compliance for all internal customers.
Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, answering and making telephone calls, and providing general service related to the warranty function.
Process all warranty requests received daily according to project specifications and dollar amount.
Obtain and process all approvals for warranties from reps and sales management according to warranty guidelines daily.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive files on all special warranties, including specifications, warranty request form (product and application information), and all appropriate approvals.
Handle all warranty request transactions, such as obtaining contractor signatures for joint warranties, preparing and distributing Approved Applicator Certificates, generating sample warranties, and generating reports for sales force if required.
Verify and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all warranty information, such as address verification, report generation, etc.
Respond to calls and inquiries related to warranties from both internal and external customers.
Update online warranty system as new products are added, products are deleted, warranties are changed, etc.
Provide training to new sales representatives, distributors and contractors on the warranty system as needed.
Input data into Salesforce.com as needed.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Two to four years related experience and/or training

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, plastering, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operates and maintains extrusion machinery independently; collaborates with team to run parts through equipment.
Performs journeyman-level plastering, including troweling, base coating, finishes, and final sanding/touch-ups.
Hand-applies and cuts adhesive mesh and Fedderlite channels to specification; trims parts with cutting equipment.
Mixes materials using electric drills and paddles; assembles and pours molds for cast stone.
Utilizes Monday.com to track production progress, shipments, and inventory.
Follows the production schedule set by the Production Supervisor and completes all required forms (e.g., work orders, material usage, man-hour sheets).
Leads project work, interprets complex work orders, and mentors less experienced team members.
Conducts quality control checks and identifies issues in production processes, providing data for improvement initiatives.
Prepares and organizes parts for shipment; assists with shipping, receiving, and custom crate building.
Follows all safety protocols and proactively identifies and addresses safety concerns.
Cleans tools and equipment post-use and helps maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Participates in monthly inventory counts and uses power tools and other equipment safely and effectively.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal educational requirement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 2+ Years' experience.

EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:

Strong SQL programming skills and experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Experience developing and optimizing ELT pipelines using Apache Spark, Python, or Scala. The Construction Manager Junior Associate position will train in many departments within Roofing and WTI while engaged in a degree seeking program through RISE.
The following areas will be included in training as well as any others deemed appropriate: WTI Field - WTI Field Resources to learn installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as safe operations of tools of the trade.
This position requires hands on; roof or construction site activity. General Contracting - learn and assist in project management duties including but not limited to managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc), participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
Sales & Service Support - Report database management and QC related activities, warranty adjustment, leak tracking, customer service, project administration, product training activities, etc. The Construction Manager Junior Associate will be required to apply and take courses working towards a degree in Construction Management through the WTI partnership with The University of Akron, must maintain a minimum of 2.0 GPA, and will work through the Junior Associate curriculum which includes training in the following: OLI QC, superintendent training, estimating, spec writing, CM admin support, PR/Inspection field services.

We are looking for a multi skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Fine Tubes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preventative maintenance as well as responding to emergency machine break downs throughout the plant.
They will be focused on improving the reliability of machines, installation and movements of existing machines, overhaul and repair of machines and equipment as well as ensuring machines and equipment on site are safe, working efficiently and fit for purpose.
Key responsibilities include:

, Carry out Preventative Planned Maintenance tasks to ensure all assets are safe and reliable for use.
, Fault finding on all assets, identify and repair machine breakdowns.

Essential Requirements:
, Proven record of actively promoting safe working practices.
, Time served in a Maintenance Engineering role within a Manufacturing environment, ideally with a mechanical bias.
, Basic knowledge of PLC control systems.
, Ability to undertake shift work (Annualised Hours pattern
*), overtime and call outs as required.
, Knowledge and understanding of 5s and lean manufacturing techniques.
, Proficient in the use of IT software for example Microsoft.
, Ability to wear personal protective equipment including hearing protection, gloves, hard hat, safety shoes and safety glasses.
, Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test and achieve a satisfactory result in a company medical.

JOB REQUIREMENTS KEY RESPONSBILITIES Annualised Hours Pattern
* Core work hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break (equating to 37.5 hours per week).
Whilst working the Maintenance shift pattern, you are paid to work the following shifts below each year: -10 Weeks of Back Shifts (1 in 5) - 3pm - 11pm (with a 30-minute unpaid break) - 5 Weeks of Night Shifts (1 in 10) - 11pm - 7am (with a 30-minute unpaid break) - 10 Weekends - Saturday 7am - 3pm and Sunday 7am - 3pm
* (with a 30-minute unpaid break).
Where you are rostered to work the weekend, you will be allocated 2 ‘off days' as your rest days mid-week.
- Bank Holidays - You are required to work any bank holidays that fall immediately before and/or after your duty weekend shift.
You will be given the relevant number of days worked on bank holidays back in lieu to be taken at a time agreed with your Team Leader.
Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day bank holidays will be covered on a voluntary basis, as patrol only.

We are actively looking for an experienced carpenter to join a growing team across the Gloucestershire, Greater Bristol, and North Somerset areas working on vacant and occupied homes handling repairs and new work projects.
As you'll spend a fair amount of time on the road you'll be provided with a van and fuel card to use for travel relating to the role.
Responsibilities:
As a Carpenter you will carry out all forms of carpentry repairs across occupied and vacant homes.
1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry
Install windows, doors, door frames - Internal and external
UPVC servicing and installation
Locksmithing and gaining entry via lock snapping, drilling and picking
All types of fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link and panels
Kitchen fitting, kitchen building and minor joinery
Other duties to include basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating and other general maintenance tasks
Required Skills and Experience:
Prior experience within similar roles as a residential carpenter, ideally also holding an NVQ level 2 or equivalent experience
Solid health and safety mindset and understanding of best practices
Ability and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team and independently as needed
A full UK drivers license which has been held for over 12 months and a safe place to park and store a company van
Ability to complete a satisfactory DBS Check
