The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Our Facilities & Maintenance team works work under the direction of the Director, PNE Maintenance & Facility Operations and are responsible for site maintenance, and setup/teardown of events and janitorial tasks.
They will provide direction and guidance to a small team on-site with a safety-first mindset and ensure all team members are working within Worksafe BC regulations and all other applicable legislation and company policies.What will you do this year?In your role as a Building Custodian, your primary accountabilities will include:Operational Duties

What will you do this year?In your role as an Icemaker II, your primary accountabilities will be to:

Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels.

The hourly rate/salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $19.00 and $24.00.
