JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Quality Support Specialist educates WTI personnel on the proper use and application of products, providing installation training both on and off the roof.
They oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish, conducting intermittent inspections and performing post-completion inspections of smaller projects.
The QCS will conduct regular job site visits during the project and after project completion.
The goal is to provide consistency nationwide through proper roof repairs and the application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work.
Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in both field and shop settings.
Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
Attend pre-cons on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the project has a zero-punch list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support, including but not limited to:
Peel tests
Product testing
Product recommendations
Proper product installations
Post project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials.
Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble due to misuse of products in the situation.
Conduct roof inspections, providing written reports and photo documentation.
Conduct on-site safety audits to ensure all safety requirements are met and consult with the safety team as needed.
Review and train on large warranty adjustment projects over ten (10) man days.
Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with our Technicians, Foremen, Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, Regional Business Managers, Corporate Staff, and the Sales Team.
Complete daily reports including DTA's, Safety Audits, Truck Audits, and QC Inspection Reports as necessary and applicable.
Complete weekly/monthly activity reports as requested.
Support the region as needed when weather conditions prevent the fulfillment of daily job responsibilities.
Facilitate training in a classroom setting.
All other Quality Control Inspection related tasks or training as assigned by the manager.
Travel predominantly within assigned territory and nationally when needed, complete and submit expense reports on a timely basis.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
OSHA 30 training OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
Prior experience in a field service leadership role.
Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learning the necessary internal business systems)
In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of applications of products.
Intimate knowledge of our product line.
This position is an autonomous role and requires self-motivation to manage a high level of independence.
Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
Experience working with various types of technology and software.
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $75,000 and $95,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

Lifting heavy items and working with chemicals. Overnight absences are not required but can be broached during an emergency call. Computer literate. This position requires extreme flexibility with the ability to handle several tasks at once. Position requires the ability to set priorities and to follow up on tasks delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Detail Oriented skills and good organizational skills. We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The Commercial Roofer will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-33/hour

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems
Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)
Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices.
Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.
Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.
Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
Job Requirements:
Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred

Qualifications & Skills Required for the EC&I Technician Position:
Level 3 Electrical engineering qualification or apprenticeship.
BS7671 Wiring Regulations training.
Understanding of the Electricity at Work Regulations.
Experience maintaining EC&I systems in an industrial environment.
Ability to interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings.
Good communication skills; data-driven approach.
Responsibilities of the EC&I Technician:
Perform planned preventative maintenance on electrical, control, and instrumentation systems.
Diagnose faults and repair plant equipment efficiently to minimise downtime.
Maintain and improve electrical distribution systems
Support upkeep of SCADA, DCS, PLC, and hard‑wired control systems.
Conduct functional testing of process controls, safety systems, and critical alarms.
Carry out routine calibrations of instrumentation.
Maintain accurate maintenance records within the CMMS system.
Work in compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act, COMAH requirements, and site-specific SHE policies.
Safely isolate equipment following LOTOTO procedures.
Complete risk assessments for routine and non‑routine tasks.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for fault-finding and repairing a wide range of electronic systems, including industrial drives, HMIs, and circuit boards used across multiple industries.
Working within a fast-paced technical environment, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs that help customers minimise downtime and keep critical equipment operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities for this Electronic Repair Technician based in Falkirk:
Diagnose faults on electronic circuit boards and systems using schematics, circuit diagrams, and component datasheets.
Repair electronic equipment by testing, replacing, and reworking faulty components.
Carry out board-level repairs, including surface mount and through-hole components.
Use soldering irons, hot air rework stations, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment.
Perform routine inspection and maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability.
Accurately document repair processes, findings, and components replaced.
Ensure all work is completed in line with quality standards and safety procedures.
Skills & Experience Required for this Electronic Repair Technician based in Falkirk:
