GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of process and facility-related equipment.
Equipment inspection includes preventative maintenance (PM) and associated documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with all safety policies (especially Cardinal Rules - e.g.
Hot Work, LOTO, and line breaking).
Partner with Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager to support LEAN initiatives to eliminate unplanned production interruptions due to process equipment failure.
Implement the needed preventative measures, including optimization of PM program.
Ensure reliable operation of facility support processes and utilities (i.e.
HVAC, Air Compressors, Tow motors, Hot Oil Heaters, and chiller systems).
Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace and maintain facility electrical systems (e.g.
programmable logic controllers, human machine interfaces, and lighting) and components (e.g.
sensors, switches, valves, PLCs and control wiring), and mechanical systems (e.g.
product vessels/reactors, pumps) and components.
Investigate equipment/process failures and difficulties to diagnose and troubleshoot faulty operation.
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in arranging and coordinating contractor, safety permits, and tasks to support facility and process maintenance/repairs.
Serve, as needed, on process hazard analysis (PHA) teams/sessions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
One-year certificate from college or technical school.
Maintenance Mechanic Certificate or equivalent as deemed by the company.
Two to four years related experience and/or training.
Industrial Technology program graduate preferred.
Military mechanical experience is a plus.
Experience in chemical/coating processing & production preferred.
Experience in LEAN manufacturing.
Experience in dispensing operations.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Journeyman cards in various disciplines are preferred.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, effective Team Player, self-motivated, quick learner.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
Scope of experience: Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Welding.

Works as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment. Assembles and pours mold for cast stone. Trims parts with cutting equipment Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications. Prepares and organizes parts for shipment. Assists with shipping and receiving. Follows all safety requirements. Cleans equipment after use and assists team in keeping production space clean and organized. Assists with monthly inventory counts.

Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts. Mixes base coats and finishes with electric drill and paddle. Works as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment. Assembles and pours mold for cast stone. Trims parts with cutting equipment Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications. Prepares and organizes parts for shipment. Assists with shipping and receiving. The Sourcing Specialist is accountable to negotiate various commercial aspects of material supply agreements for the Roofing Building Maintenance Division.
In collaboration with Roofing Product and Supply Chain members, this person ensures the consistent, reliable sourcing and availability of purchase for resale (PFR) products needed to support Roofing Product/Marketing sales plans that align with key strategic goals and initiatives.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Package, label, and store products.
Cross-train on other production functions as business need dictates.
Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functionality.
Report and assist with resolving safety, quality, and mechanical issues.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
If appropriate, set up and operate various off-line and secondary equipment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

Under general supervision, the CNC Machinist I/II is responsible to perform all machining operations required to produce finished products from a variety of raw materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, etc.
Essential Duties:
1-3 years CNC production experience - Level II classification requires prior experience in making program adjustments based on parts inspections and to perform a broader range of duties Set-up and operate CNC machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Use calipers, dial indicators and other measuring instruments to perform quality control checks on finished and in process parts Select, mount, attach and calibrate a variety of attachments Run production lots Recommend changes to processes or procedures to improve quality and productivity Follow schedule and organize work to ensure continuous supply of machined components to downstream assembly processes Maintain a safe, organized work environment as well as cleanliness of equipment and the production area Perform other related duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
