GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.

The Construction Manager Junior Associate position will train in many departments within Roofing and WTI while engaged in a degree seeking program through RISE.
The following areas will be included in training as well as any others deemed appropriate: WTI Field - WTI Field Resources to learn installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as safe operations of tools of the trade.

Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.) Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.).
When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit. Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility.
Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.

Organize and coordinate meetings and events related to training initiatives. Maintain the shared drive/site with up-to-date resources and schedules for training events. Assist in tracking, maintaining, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for training programs. Manage and monitor expenses related to training efforts. Support sales activities as time permits, examples include project activity tracking, reporting, Sales Force support, event coordination, special price requests, lead generation follow-up, and other support duties.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
In lieu of degree, at least 4 years' experience in an administrative role (e.g., HR Assistant).
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Requires at least 4 years' experience in an administrative function (e.g., HR Assistant or other relevant position).
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in project management. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability. Strong communication skills with great attention to detail. Knowledge of office procedures and billing.
Ability to work well with other organizations and personnel with disparate backgrounds. Ability to work independently and with a team. Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft office suite, SAP, etc. Proven ability to work well and independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with frequent interruptions. Ability to travel (under 10%) to assist with training events.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, taste, and lift up to 25 lbs.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $58,523 and $60,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
