GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Performs visual and physical inspection, sampling, testing and control of parts, products and raw materials to conform to established specifications, applicable standards and the ISO 9001 Quality System.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows the established quality control procedures to ensure all products are manufactured in compliance with IMS, customer specifications, ISO9001:2015 and ISO14000-2015.
Conducts the inspection and testing of raw materials and products, both in process and finished.
Performs color quality control and corrections by interpreting results obtained using appropriate measurements.
Inspects, calibrates and supervises the use of various instrumentation for testing.
Performs data analysis and provides feedback and improvement suggestions to plant personnel, production management, QC Supervisor and Quality Assurance Manager on all issues concerning quality.
Maintains Quality Control documents and daily reporting of information.
Assists in complaint investigations by performing tests to detect or duplicate issues observed in the field.
Assists in trouble shooting machine functions and production issues as they arise.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.
Performs other duties as assigned.

High school degree required.

Assist in the creation and management of 3D models, drawings, and digital construction documents to streamline the manufacturing process and improve product accuracy.
Perform clash detection and ensure coordination between different disciplines (e.g., architecture, structure, MEP) to avoid design conflicts during the preconstruction phase. Support the team in optimizing panel design for manufacturability, cost efficiency, and ease of installation. Provide Revit/BIM training and support, including developing standards and guidelines for BIM implementation. Maintain Revit/BIM-related documentation and records, ensuring that all models and documents are up-to-date and accurate. Collaborate with the preconstruction team to conduct reviews, design validation, and coordination meetings to ensure the alignment of the models with client expectations and production requirements. Participate in the development of customized Revit/BIM workflows and tools to improve efficiency, enhance collaboration, and meet project deadlines. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

10+ years of use and implementation of Autodesk Revit in conjunction with the Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Expert level knowledge along with Revit Certification highly desired.
Strong familiarity with other CAD software such as AutoCAD, Rhino 3D.

THE ROLE:
Provide daily administrative assistance to ensure the efficient running of the office and support project delivery teams with a variety of tasks.
Provide reliable administrative support to senior managers including diary coordination, document formatting, and ad hoc reporting.
Act as first point of contact for incoming calls, filtering and directing enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements in line with project requirements.
Prepare Operations & Maintenance manuals.
Maintain internal documentation standards.
Maintain accurate records of subcontractor holiday requests, ensuring availability is logged and approved.
THE PERSON:
Proven administrative experience, ideally within a construction or project-based setting.
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive, solution focused attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with construction related documentation (RAMS, O&M manuals, training records) is advantageous.
