Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project.
Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Execution of project tasks with knowledge of expected production rates, ensuring tools and materials are used safely and efficiently to complete the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract & engineering documents as directed by foreman.
Responsible to aid foreman in tracking and monitoring project inventory. Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).

Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.
pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Sign-off on project billings. Responsible for change order negotiation and approval.

The Role of the Key Account Manager:
As Key Account Manager, you will work across 15–25 strategic accounts nationwide, including major end users and FM providers.
Your goal is to maximise wallet share—leveraging existing relationships to win new projects and long-term service agreements.
Proactively manage and grow accounts through face-to-face site visits across the UK
Identify gaps in current contracts and propose upgrades, maintenance, or replacement of kit
Promote the company’s service capabilities on third-party systems as a door-opener
Network across large client structures (e.g.
sector heads in FM firms) to uncover opportunity
Ensure strategic engagement—joining the dots between different departments and regions
Deliver sales proposals, manage tenders, and close business with technical credibility
The Ideal Person for the Key Account Manager:
You will be a strategic, solutions-focused sales professional with a technical edge and a proven ability to develop key accounts.
You are a natural networker who enjoys uncovering opportunities within complex organisations.
Strong background in security, building services, fire systems, emergency lighting or FM sales
Capable of conducting site visits, technical assessments, and bespoke proposals

Key Responsibilities of Engineering Maintenance Planner
To plan electrical and mechanical maintenance activities by prioritising, developing scopes of work, method statements, risk assessments and parts lists.
To schedule preventative and corrective work and agree the weekly schedule with production stakeholders.
Participate in meetings to review daily/weekly work schedules and backlogs
Track and monitor job costs using purchasing and maintenance software

Optimize resource utilization related to: Kop-Coat, Blends and RX Products.
Keep data visible MFG tool updated daily and look at 3 months build plan.
Logistics Manager will ensure a 1-year forecast is maintained.
Create the build plan over the near-term horizon (0 to 4 weeks) for all product lines. Plan Align with Engineering, Maintenance, QC, and operations to understand constraints and incorporate those into the production build plan (weekly call) Align with Supply Chain Planning to understand supply constraints (CSR, scheduling, procurement, logistics, and finance issues) and incorporate those into the production build plan Lead the cross-departmental change management process when issues occur inside the frozen window (0-48 hours).
