The position
This is a full time permanent position based at our customers distribution centre in Lichfield
Rate of pay: £22,405 per annum
Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus daily 30-min unpaid break
Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7 - 8-hour shifts between: 6am-10pm - + 0.50p per hour night bonus

A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Operative
As a Warehouse Stock Operative, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering or leaving the depot is accurate.
Our activities vary, so often, you may be required to work across multiple different workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits and Load Adherence checks most of which require periods of manual handling.
Job activities
Audit the Inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
Audit Picker accuracy of stock destined for stores and fully investigate all errors found.
Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
Maintain integrity at all times.
Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.

DAP is currently looking to hire Supply Planning Manager. The Supply Planning Manager will be responsible to lead and integrate a robust S&OP process across the DAP enterprise.
They will manage the daily activities of demand, supply, and inventory planning.

Lead the Supply Planning process and sustain as business practice.

This position performs various diagnostic onsite inspections for customers, as well as other inspection services.

Job Purpose
The HR Coordinator is primarily responsible for the effective delivery and support of all employee and talent-related operational activities across the organization, by providing exceptional customer service to internal clients (managers and employees) and candidates.

Principal Accountabilities

Function as a liaison between vendors and employees and advises employees on eligibility, coverage and other benefits matters, including monthly insurance reports and audits. Coordinate annual Open Enrollment. Maintain and assist with all employee compliance trainings and Oracle records management. Champion the Employee Self Service (ESS) through Oracle managing the information entry process and ensuring that all new employees are enrolled in the system. Coordinate all Cooperative Education and Intern candidates. Manage the Employee Service Award Program. Analyze processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
