Position Summary:
Responsible for a wide variety of manufacturing and facility maintenance and repairs.
Essential Functions:
Experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems from 24v DC to 480v AC (single and three phase), in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Experience with maintaining and repairing Form Fill and Seal machines (Ilpak and Triangle) 2.
Automation equipment, specifically Fanuc robots, conveyors, bag check weighers, palletizers, wrappers, and carton-bag machines. Experience repairing pumps, chemical bulk storage and mixing tanks and industrial mixers. Perform daily preventative maintenance and repair on facilities and production equipment. Perform system repairs including filters, belts, bearings, and drives. Ability to learn and complete documentation of work performed, including maintaining spare parts inventory in computer-based software. Maintain strong commitment to safety, as well as document daily EPA readings and perform routine safety repairs/inspections.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma 5 years' machine maintenance experience in an Industrial Environment.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in pneumatics and welding a plus.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10-25 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The Process Engineer provides process engineering support for raw materials, compounding, production and packaging functions to improve safety, quality, service and cost efficiencies in the operations area in the Pacific, MO manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities
Support daily production needs through process troubleshooting, experimentation and support for production requirements. Work with project managers on designing and installing PLC controls for capital projects. Work with Allen-Bradley PLC's to maintain and improve current operations. Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cost, increase material utilization, improve first time right, integrate new products/processes into production and reduce variation. Implement necessary changes and update all documentation (including drawings and SOP's) accordingly. Coordinates with plant engineer to oversee capital projects necessary for the continued improvement and modernization of the plant. Ensure completion of projects within budgets. Responsible for achieving and maintaining safety goals relative to the maintenance and engineering functions.

Administer process hazard analyses (PHA's) for identified materials, processes, and RHP Compliance.
Create and maintain P&IDs for current and future processes. Troubleshooting machinery, including PLC coding adjustments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering. 0 to 3 years' experience in manufacturing environment.
Six Sigma/lean manufacturing experience.
Safety and ergonomic experience. Understanding of process control methods, flowmeters, level monitors, and other process controls within a batch manufacturing process.
Mechanically inclined with a hands-on approach Previous Capital Project experience Ability to read and interpret process drawings Strong interpersonal skills: good communication skills both written and verbal. Strong Analytical & Troubleshooting skills.
PC usage with MS Office Suite Strong AutoCAD skillset.
(3D design utilizing Inventor Professional or Solidworks is plus) Experience with PLC's, Allen Bradley is desired.

Job Title - Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Salary - Up to £60,000 Shift - 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) Industry - FMCG/ManufacturingSynergi are recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join one of the leading FMCG Manufacturers whose product is consumed across the world.

You will be working alongside other Maintenance Engineers with a vast amount of experience.Roles & Responsibilities as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer:- Conducting Reactive and planned Maintenance on high-speed production machinery. - Responding quickly and efficiently to any unscheduled plant stoppages. - Working closely within the engineering & production team to ensure maximum efficiency.
Possess a good level of understanding to the process, products and all quality procedures.
Responsible for overseeing Planned Maintenance
Diagnosing faults
Identifying problems on machinery and implementing solutions.
The Ideal background:
Recognized Engineering Qualification
A recognised engineering apprenticeship, with a formal qualification.
Food Safety awareness (desirable)
Experience of industrial 3 phase motor and control systems and their interaction with modern PLC systems.
Experience of a plant with pneumatic control and operation and common industrial bearing systems

Responsible for quoting all enquiries and tenders for both sand and brick
Liaise with internal sales support and other key stakeholders.
