This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced machinist who enjoys combining technical machining expertise with team leadership.
You will support the day-to-day delivery of production output, quality, training, problem solving and continuous improvement within the machine shop.
You will work closely with machinists, production operatives and the Production Supervisor to ensure production targets, quality standards and customer requirements are achieved safely and efficiently.
