JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sr.
Technician, IT Support is responsible for maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, RF handhelds, and mobile devices, as well as providing end user support.
Primary functions also include the tracking of leased assets, and the proactive analysis of currently deployed technology and provide recommendations for future optimizations.
Assist with SOX compliance, and general IT security best practices.
Also assists with non-endpoint related projects such as site upgrades (wireless and wired networks, phone system, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Respond to technical support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and provide timely solutions to end-user's IT issues, while documenting details via a ticketing system. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Facilitate the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and hardware devices. Perform system refreshes, upgrades, software updates, and hardware maintenance tasks as required, while following and maintaining documentation of process. Utilize and help update knowledge management system pertaining to IT support items. Facilitate in hardware life-cycle management process and asset tracking.
Nonbusiness hours on-call support rotation as needed. Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development to restore service and/or identify problems Assist with other facets of IT operations and projects as needed. Create and update end-user documentation and knowledge articles.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent oral and written communication Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to educate end-users on how to utilize IT services and applications 2 to 4 years of experience with imaging, maintaining, and troubleshooting personal computers, mobile devices, and printers. 2 to 4 years of technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MAC OS operating systems 2 to 4 years of experience with troubleshooting Microsoft's M365 suite of applications 1 to 2 years of experience with Microsoft's Active Directory and Group Policies (Depending on the site) 1 to 2 years of experience with RF Guns and Label Printers Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a timely fashion. Ability to support cross-team collaboration to ensure your focus area integrates with the overall solutions.

The Maintenance Technician will perform preventive maintenance and repair on plant manufacturing and facilities equipment.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Preheats production equipment for daily startup. Performs daily conditions checks on all operating equipment. Lubricates assigned equipment according to lubrication schedule. Maintains lubricant levels for mixer seal system and strainer ram lubrication system, check pumps % daily maintain grease levels, check pumps % daily. Checks all equipment air filters on a daily basis and replaces as necessary. Checks operation of air compressor and cooling tower daily, notes problems and makes corrections as required. Check monthly with Cooling Water Treatment Technician. Checks operation of algicide feeding system daily and refills as needed. Makes repairs to facilities as needed to include plumbing, heating, and A/C. Performs minor electrical maintenance. Operates maintenance machine tools, performs welding as needed, cutting torch and brazing. Responsible for maintenance shop housekeeping. Follows safe practices in the performance of all duties. Delivers and picks up items used for maintenance needs. Maintain air in line oiler throughout plant when needed lubricates. Performs other miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor.
Pay:
The hourly rate will be commensurate with the applicant's relevant experience.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).

Under limited supervision, performs skilled welding duties including Pipe Welding on Carbon and Stainless and Pipe Fitting, Plant maintenance, repair, and structural welding; performs other maintenance and repair duties, as assigned.
The Maintenance Welder will be working 4-day, 10-hour schedule and on call nights, weekends, and holidays.
SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES:
Ability to understand and perform complex repair procedures while following oral and written instruction specific to the equipment being repaired.
Able to Work 4 day/10-hour shift.
Must have Basic Mechanical ability.
Ability to conduct Structural welding.
Proven ability to Pipe Welding on Carbon and Stainless.
Pipe Fitting.
Work from ladders, scaffolds, catwalks, or high lifts.
Develops a full understanding of chemical hazards specific to area assigned to, including knowledge of required PPE for each job.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, drawings, and/or specifications.
Work in plant, and shop environment.
Develops a full understanding of material identification code system, including hazard identification numbering for repair jobs that require clearing of equipment in such service.
Must develop a basic understanding of the function of plant auxiliary equipment, including the fire protection system, boiler, heaters, air compressor, waste handling and emission control devices.
This includes specific tests or preventive maintenance procedures required for all equipment.
Develops a basic understanding of bulk tank systems.
This includes a numbering system and location tank tables, level measuring systems and transfer pumps for repairing such systems.
Must develop a full understanding of the plant waste handling systems.
This includes sumps operation, holding tanks, separation, and transfer equipment for repairing such systems.
Work with internal costumers to provide support for small projects; troubleshoot problems using operational procedures and products to eliminate downtime.
Help to maintain records on equipment to build history to track equipment service and replacement requirements.
Assist in training of less skilled mechanics.
Adhere to all company quality, safety, security, health and environmental requirements and policies.
Work with and/or supervise projects using outside contractor.
Perform all work according to Tremco CPG quality, emergency, and safety procedures.
Assist with Housekeeping.
Adhere to fire watch responsibilities.
LOTO/Safe use of hand power tools.
Understand line break permits, burning & welding permits.
Observe and understand TPM project.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (specific skills, knowledge, ability, education, etc.):
High School Diploma/GED.
3 or more years of experience in mechanical field.
Experienced in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting plant issues.
