Minimum Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Preferred: completed of 30 credit hours.
Available to work 30-40 hours per week from May through August.
Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Physical Requirements:
Expect light physical activity and extended computer use (up to 8 hours/day).
Occasional visits to the production floor will require proper footwear and PPE.
Must be able to lift/move up to 15 pounds as needed.
Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; noise level is typically moderate.
Students must have housing arrangements in or near Green Bay, WI for the summer, as housing allowance is not provided.

Summary:
Carboline is looking for a data-driven, transformational, leader to be our Director of SIOP.
This individual will lead Carboline's integrated Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process to drive alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans.
As a key member of the Supply Chain leadership team, the Director will partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Product Management and Market leaders to embed SIOP discipline across the business.
In partnership with the VP Supply Chain and the executive team, this role will deliver measurable improvements in OTIF, inventory turns, and financial outcomes.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, or SIOP/IBP.
Proven experience in inventory governance and optimization with measurable results in reducing excess/slow-moving stock while improving service.
Strong ERP and planning system background.
Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and hold cross-functional teams accountable.
Physical Requirements:

Essential Functions:
Design, launch, and lead Inventory Governance COE as the single point of ownership for inventory health across finished goods, purchased finished goods, and raw materials.
Build and enforce inventory policies, rules, and guardrails including safety stock methodology, segmentation, replenishment rules, and slow-moving/excess inventory management.
Drive alignment on inventory targets, accountability, and performance tracking across plants, and distribution centers.
Maintain the Inventory Playbook and Standard Work for consistent execution.
Partner with Finance to ensure inventory strategies are tied directly to working capital and cash flow goals.
Lead the monthly SIOP cycle, ensuring integration of demand, supply, and inventory are aligned.
Establish governance routines that hold Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain accountable for forecast accuracy, supply execution, and inventory adherence.
Facilitate Executive SIOP reviews to highlight demand-supply risks, inventory positions, and financial implications.
Ensure demand planning outputs are translated into actionable supply and inventory requirements.
Partner with Operations and Procurement to align capacity, sourcing, and distribution with inventory strategies.
Provide scenario modeling for inventory trade-offs during constraints, new product launches, and major projects.
Leverage system analytics to enable real-time visibility to inventory and planning performance.
Standardize metrics and dashboards across operations.
Lead continuous improvement in planning and inventory management maturity, including digital tools, automation, and advanced analytics.
Maintain commitment to the Company's safety and quality programs.

Discharges blenders of powder when necessary. Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards. Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs. Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing. Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents. Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance. Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures. Meets and/or exceed production goals and guidelines for daily/weekly production runs. Observes plant safety rules and regulations at all times, reports all safety hazards in a timely manner.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Optimize maintenance operations by developing and executing plans, schedules, and performance reports to track key maintenance initiatives across assigned manufacturing facilities.

Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to input, maintain, and update maintenance data, including work orders, preventative maintenance (PM) instructions, and performance tracking.

Generate, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPI), including work order completion time, breakdown reduction, and completion percentage.

Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee periodic cycle counts and physical inventory activities.

Manage documentation of maintenance contracts, budgets, agreements, and historical performance records.
Provide subject matter expertise in CMMS to optimize scheduling, documentation, and reporting of maintenance activities.
Support procurement by assisting with material, supply, and service recommendations to sustain facility operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards by maintaining accurate and complete records.
Develop, plan, and deliver training programs to enhance maintenance team skills and capabilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete work functions within Chemical production operations. Responsible for the quality blending of finished products and the bulk, drum, and pail packaging of products. Full understanding of Chemical Hazards specific to area assigned to, including PPE. General forklift duties. The core responsibility for blending and packaging of products demands the use of mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps, mixing equipment, and automation control systems. Accountable for the data entry of production tickets, good receipts, and shipping documentation. Daily inspection of work area and monthly document reporting.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred, 2-year Process Technology Degree.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Preferred, Manufacturing, Chemical or Technical experience 2+ years. Preferred, Forklift experience certified.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Good Attendance record. Able to Work 12-hour shift: Dupont Schedule, Day and Graveyard rotation. Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. Ability to bend, squat down, and reach above your head throughout the day, Ability to climb stairs and ladders. Must be able to wear fall protection, and work at heights. Must be able to wear respirator approx.
2 hours per day and work in confined spaces. Forklift experience certified. 24 hour Hazpower.

The hourly starting rate for applicants in this position wage is $25.00 plus a $1.00 shift premium.
