In this integral role, you'll connect strategy to Professional end-users to bring innovative products to market.
The responsibilities of this position include: Responsibilities: Prioritize, strategize, design, develop, launch, and support product campaigns. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Create exceptional user experiences, working with our Creative department visually appealing interfaces with target audience. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Analyze and leverage data and insights to develop and formulate category and product recommendations.
Conduct early-stage opportunity assessment, ideation and concept development for a new product opportunity from ideation to market launch. Manage product portfolio to develop and promote new products and optimize and grow existing product lines. Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, business developments and market trends to identify strategic opportunities and ensure product offering is properly positioned. Developing strategic plans and innovating roadmaps for key product segments. Driving new product development activities through Stage-Gate product management and market research. Ensuring profitability within the assigned market segments, including supporting the product commercialization process. Define and develop product positioning, messaging, feature specifications, unique selling proposition and pricing strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus 6+ years of relevant Product or Brand experience.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passionate problem solver and creative thinker, with ability to pitch new ideas and be open to feedback. Analytic and strategic thinking skills, with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions. Senior Buyer - Maternity Cover

Our client, a world-renowned provider of innovative and sustainable solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer for an 18-month maternity cover contract.

Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of direct reports, including TMS, appraisals & PDPs.
- Assist in the implementation of a category management approach.
- Support with any site-specific requirements or group purchasing instructions as may be
required from time to time.
- Manage the re-order points for spare parts, investigate and liaise with Engineering to ensure correct stock quantities are maintained of suitable spares
- Manage consignment stocks, ensuring all settlements are carried out on a monthly cycle.
- Manage the creation of material master data in SAP for spare parts
- Source non-stock engineering parts
- Record all cost savings in a departmental spreadsheet for audit purposes.
- Ensure the SAP physical inventory checks are carried out daily and that 100% of inventory is counted within each fiscal year, as evidenced by (MIDO) in SAP.
Monitor and recount high-value differences, investigating as necessary to ensure a high level of stock accuracy is maintained.
- Assist MRP Controller with any high-value or priority purchases.
- Ensure the central stores are compliant with Safety and Environmental rules and legislation, and that the operatives are fully trained and act at all times in a safe manner, ensuring safe systems of work and risk assessment are regularly completed.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with the key internal and external
stakeholders to facilitate and develop cost-saving strategies across all Mill departments
- Provide stores with cover for planned or unplanned machine shutdowns
- Provide departmental cover as required.
- Participate when required in training programmes as part of the annual appraisal process.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings.
- Accept additional education/training as deemed necessary, as a result of new equipment
and/or changes in technology, in order to continue satisfactorily carrying out the role.
- When requested, to be available for meetings/projects/working away for short
periods of time, which may include occasional overnight trips
- Monitor and assess all Operations/procedures, and when required, assist in updating /
improvements.
Person Specification:
- Highly motivated and analytical with excellent purchasing experience, including good
negotiating and communication skills.
- Strong management skills to lead a small team and gain support from all departmental
managers for purchasing activities.
- Experience in using SAP with a sound knowledge of MRP
- Flexible and not work time orientated Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply at level 4 or above
- Extensive experience in a supervisory purchasing role, preferably within a manufacturing environment or a heavy engineering environment
- Excellent SAP MM experience within a purchasing role and with excellent troubleshooting
mentality
- Experienced negotiator with a proven track record of cost reduction initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting, Analytics & Insights Lead all marketing reporting efforts, attending cross-functional meetings and consolidating reports across PR, Media, Social Media, Digital Hub, Website, SEO, and other marketing channels. Synthesize marketing media data into actionable insights, tailoring reports and presentations to meet the needs of diverse audiences-ranging from high-level executive summaries to retailer-specific breakdowns. Monitor and interpret marketing media data trends, providing strategic recommendations to guide team decisions and optimize campaign performance. Educate internal stakeholders on marketing and media KPIs and performance metrics, increasing organizational understanding of what they mean, why they matter, and how to take action based on the data. Establish and uphold standardized reporting processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all marketing media analytics outputs. Project manage reporting timelines and deliverables, ensuring insights are delivered accurately and on time. Media Execution Assist in the collection and handoff of campaign assets, timelines, and performance expectations across internal and external teams, ensuring alignment and timely execution within retail media channels. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to enhance the quality of briefs, ensuring clarity of objectives, data-informed targeting strategies, and a consistent brand voice across platforms. 3.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Liaison Work Serve as the primary data liaison for the Demand Generation and Integrated Communications teams, ensuring alignment across all marketing functions. Act as a bridge between the Demand Generation and Digital Hub teams, facilitating seamless communication and alignment on shared initiatives. 4.
Campaign Development & Strategy Support Partner closely with product marketing teams to assist in the development of integrated campaigns, serving as a cross-functional liaison between Rust-Oleum and external media agency partners to ensure strategic and executional alignment. Provide strategic and analytical support during campaign development phases, collaborating with brand and product teams to help shape briefs, refine messaging, and align marketing objectives with performance outcomes. Support go-to-market efforts by coordinating campaign timelines, aligning cross-functional teams, and managing the operational flow between insights, creative, and media teams. 5.
Tools, Data Integration & Broader Insights Collaborate closely with media agency partners and MMX, aligning on performance metrics, campaign evaluations, and optimization strategies. Integrate GA4, PriceSpider, and content performance data with media results, clearly articulating ROI and marketing effectiveness. Partner with Insights and Category Management teams, campaign reporting, and other department analytics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field Experience using digital advertising/social media channels, tools, techniques and best practices for business Experience analyzing marketing data and social/PR analytics and identifying/communicating key insights Working knowledge of web, search and social analytics tools; experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Pinterest Analytics a plus
