Job Summary
The Category Brand Specialist supports assigned product categories by maintaining accurate product data, coordinating daily activities, and assisting with product lifecycle initiatives.
This role focuses on execution, detail, and cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain product data, specifications, and documentation
Support item setup, product changes, packaging updates, and lifecycle transitions
Assist with new product launches and end-of-life activities
Pull and organize sales, cost, and inventory data
Track product performance and identify trends or issues
Support pricing updates and cost change reviews
Build basic reports and dashboards
Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Product teams
Manage tasks, timelines, and project documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field OR 2+ years of related experience
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments preferred
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines independently
Physical & Work Environment
Office role with exposure to manufacturing environments
Ability to sit, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and use a computer for extended periods

The Opportunity
Several contract opportunities have arisen for hands-on AI and automation specialists to join short-term, high-impact engagements at the intersection of marketing, technology, and transformation.
These are not roles for those who have simply read about AI , they are for individuals who have built with it.
You will be expected to operate autonomously, applying practical experience to redesign how marketing and customer functions operate, shifting from manual, high-volume execution to AI-enabled, automated, and insight-driven models.
Key Accountabilities , Design and deploy agentic workflows that automate inbound marketing requests end-to-end across multiple organisations and teams. , Build AI-driven systems for request triage and classification, campaign asset generation, workflow routing and prioritisation, and automated reporting and status updates. , Embed automation into existing martech and CRM ecosystems, including Salesforce and adjacent platforms. , Identify and document further AI and automation opportunities across marketing and customer functions to improve efficiency and scalability. , Deliver well-documented, production-ready systems that internal teams can maintain, extend, and scale post-engagement.
Ideal Experience , Hands-on experience building and deploying AI automation systems or agentic workflows in real business environments, this is a core requirement. , Practical knowledge of AI orchestration tools and frameworks. , Experience integrating AI tooling into martech stacks, CRM platforms, and workflow or operational systems. , Proven ability to work autonomously, move fast, and deliver production-ready systems within defined contract timeframes. , Background in financial services, fintech, lending, or other regulated environments is highly regarded. , Experience in marketing operations or customer/marketing workflow environments is a plus, particularly where you understand how end-to-end processes actually run in practice.

The role

Key duties
Respond to customer queries raised face-to-face, by email or by phone, accurately identifying the urgency, impact and priority of a call, troubleshooting as far as possible, and gathering information.
Gather information on and distribute unassigned tickets across the team in a timely manner to ensure tickets are dealt with quickly by the right people Provide on-site support in our remote offices (currently in Bromley, Bristol, Cheltenham, Plymouth and Northallerton) according to a rota, with visits to other offices if and when necessary.
Investigate hardware and software issues to identify the cause and possible workarounds, aiming to identify solutions where possible. Escalate issues to third-line support, vendors, or to other teams where necessary.
Resolve tickets in a timely manner, keeping the customer updated at all stages of the process.
Image laptops and desktops using SCCM.
Create and manage user accounts using Active Directory and MS Exchange and Office 365.
Provide clear communication to the team to ensure that knowledge of issues and fixes is shared.
Respect confidentiality of customer information and promote adherence to security policies.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets
Skills required
Essential: experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Office365, Active Directory administration, Exchange administration, laptop hardware, desktop hardware, printer hardware, networking basics.
Must have CompTIA certifications at least one partIdeal: Software packaging, OS deployment (SCCM) and PowerShell.
