You will have previous administration or client service experience.
The role is designed to provide end-to-end administrative support across pre-employment screening, office coordination, and client service delivery.

Support onboarding and compliance processes including referencing, document collection, and right-to-work checks.
Assist with reporting tasks
Ensure timely escalation of outstanding documentation or unresolved issues to relevant consultants or managers.
Must demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring work is reviewed to identify or correct errors before submission.
Act as a first point of contact for inbound calls and general office coordination queries.
Ensure timely and accurate candidate onboarding, referencing, and compliance support.
Maintain accurate data in recruitment, vetting and compliance systems
Assist with reporting tasks and internal trackers for placements, performance, and compliance.
Manage internal processes such as office supplies, supplier queries, and GDPR data tracking.
Maintain office filing systems, both digital and paper-based, for efficient information retrieval.
Act as key liaison with building management or IT support providers for routine facility issues or desk moves.
Monitor and circulate internal communications, updates, or notices (e.g.
policy reminders, staff memos).
Support event logistics for internal training, client briefings, or networking events (e.g.
catering orders, attendee lists, materials).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in a structured training program to learn about our products, industry, and field support techniques. Shadow experienced Field Technical team members to observe and learn effective field support strategies in your designated territory. Assist Field Technical team by providing recommendations of products and solutions for customer base. Assist customers by providing site support. Keep up-to-date technically on practical procedures, specialized techniques to apply new knowledge within the field. Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether designs or applications comply with local codes, industry standards, and regulations. Attend technical meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
EDUCATION:
HS Diploma or GED required.
Associate degree (AAS), or Trade School Certification, or Bachelor's Degree (BS) in a related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
One to two years' Field Technical Support experience and/or training.
In place of experience, a bachelor's degree will be considered. Possess a general understanding of field-testing methods and techniques.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a valid driver's license. Active listening and attention to detail. Building and construction knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or restoration of buildings or other structures. Knowledge of product application. Identifying, analyzing, resolving problems Preparing reports to owners regarding the condition of roofs. Project site visits to monitor installation of Tremco roofing products Identification of any aspect of installation that does not comply with specifications Review and resolve concerns of architects, contractors and owners regarding Tremco's installation instructions Coordinating visits with contractors Preparing reports on progress and problems for the Sales Representative. QA/ QA+ inspections Tremcare Gold Service (periodic visual inspection with minor repairs being addressed where detected on Tremco warranted roofs only). Identifying and troubleshooting problems arising during installation and the lifecycle of the roof
May occasionally perform patch and repair work for small leaks that can be performed quickly after identifying the leak and other infrequent, limited physical labor.
May also perform minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.

Conducting diagnostic infra-red scans of roofs Taking photographs Preparing CADD drawings Delivering or picking up samples, documents or small products from/to architects, owners and contractors.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or combination of education and experience. Must have a minimum of two to three years of related hands-on experience and/or training in a similar role. Prior sales and/or customer related experience in roofing industry required. Qualifications: Thorough understanding and application of roofing and waterproofing contracting standards. Experience with MS Word, Excel and familiarity with CADD Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business and technical information, e.g.
professional journals and periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to draft reports, business correspondence and similar documents. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, contractors, and architects. Ability to communicate business and technical information (e.g.
information relating to status of projects, remediation plans, and customer concerns) to Sales Representative. Intermediate skills: ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, area, circumference and volume. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $60,000 and $80,000.
