Position Summary:
Responsible for a wide variety of manufacturing and facility maintenance and repairs.
Essential Functions:
Experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems from 24v DC to 480v AC (single and three phase), in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Experience with maintaining and repairing Form Fill and Seal machines (Ilpak and Triangle) 2.
Automation equipment, specifically Fanuc robots, conveyors, bag check weighers, palletizers, wrappers, and carton-bag machines. Experience repairing pumps, chemical bulk storage and mixing tanks and industrial mixers. Perform daily preventative maintenance and repair on facilities and production equipment. Technical Application Specialist
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Technical Application Specialist ensures proper application of Tremco products in accordance with company and industry guidelines by providing both on-site and office-based problem resolution assistance.
This individual is a technical liaison between the business and Tremco's field-based internal and external stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide or obtain accurate and timely product application, qualification, and/or troubleshooting services to internal colleagues and external business partners
Assist with general on-site product application, training, and general substrate review.
Assist with the generation and maintenance of technical documentation and collateral with various internal departments.
Examples include application instructions, technical data sheets, technical marketing collateral, product training programs, 3rd party testing/validation reports, and other product assets.
Assist in the collection of laboratory data forproject and/or product-specific testing.
Assist with and/or perform in-field and in-house analytical lab testing to confirm the chemical compatibility and physical adhesion properties of Tremco products on specified jobs, for evaluating new areas of application, new product development, and competitive product analysis.
Conduct jobsite observations/evaluations with customers and field sales reps to make accurate and timely product and installation recommendations.
Compose official letters and/or corporate communiques, including installation instructions, job qualification parameters, and competitive product comparisons along with assisting in the development of detail drawings to help secure sales opportunities.
Provide or obtain accurate and timely answers to inquiries on product usage, comparative competitive products, web-site navigation, product specifications, repair techniques, assessment and/or remedial course of action recommendations for jobsite problems, environmental regulations, construction sequencing, and technical product property questions.
Ensure product performance through proper recommendation of jobsite qualification and application techniques.
Possess and leverage a basic knowledge of Tremco's product portfolio.
Learn assigned core product line technology while assisting higher level Application Specialists with occasional direction.
Provide clear written and verbal technical support and product recommendations to internal and external stakeholders including sales representatives, technical representatives, owners, architects, engineers, contractors, installers, etc.

Have the flexibility and versatility to work in a medium to high volume manufacturing environment
Working Hours of the CNC Turner:
Average of 37.5 hours per week over a 2-shift weekly rotating system:
Week 1: Monday to Thursday - 6AM to 2PM / Friday - 6AM to 12:30PM
Week 2: Monday to Thursday - 2PM to 10PM / Friday - 2PM to 7PM
In return, the CNC Turner will receive:
Renumeration: £34,753 per annum (£30,220.73 base salary + 15% shift premium)
Holiday Entitlement: 33 Days (incl.
Bank Holidays) - rising to 38 days with continued service
Discretionary Annual Bonus
Up to 14% combined pension contributions

We're on the hunt for an experienced Agricultural / Horticultural Mechanic to join a busy site team, taking ownership of vehicle and machinery maintenance.
Previous experience with agricultural or turf equipment is a bonus; however simular backgrounds are welcomed as opportunities for training and career progression will be given.
As a Agricultural / Horticultural Mechanical Technician you will play a key role in ensuring all machinery operates at top performance, keeping the site running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing as an Agricultural / Horticultural Mechanic:
Diagnosing and repairing vehicles, turf machinery and site equipment efficiently
Performing welding, hydraulics, electrics and engine repairs
Responding to on-site callouts promptly to resolve breakdowns
Supporting the operational running of the site as required
Key Skills for an Agricultural / Horticultural Mechanic:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a workshop or mechanical repair role
Strong skills in diagnostics, welding, hydraulics and mechanical maintenance
Abrasive Wheels Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Excellent time management, problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with agricultural, turf, or irrigation machinery advantageous
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or IOSH qualification desirable
