GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Divisional Inspection/Warranty Administration Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of all WTI inspection services, warranties, and leak call administration within his/her assigned Division.
The Divisional Inspection/Warranty Administration Manager should be a very detail-oriented and organized professional who can lead a team through changes in operating procedures and contribute to a culture of teamwork and quality.
The Divisional Inspection/Warranty Administration Manager will work to achieve continuous improvement initiatives and promote inspection quality throughout their respective division.
This position will report directly to the Director of Inspections and Warranty.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all WTI inspection services, warranties, and leak call administration within a specified division (Eastern US, Central US, or Western US & Canada).
These divisions include multiple WTI operating regions and cover approx.
15-20 states per division. This position will have direct supervision over a team of 5+ administrative/scheduling personnel and be required to work with multiple different internal WTI departments and personnel including but not limited to Regional Business Managers, Divisional Directors, National Account Business Managers, Program Managers, Sales Representatives, WTI field employees, WTI Business Operations Administration, etc.
This individual should be comfortable leading a team of people and understand the basic principles of change management.
This individual needs to have critical thinking skills and the ability to identify broken items and have a vision of continuous improvement. This individual should be comfortable managing big data and utilizing/understanding tools to help interpret this data (Smartsheet, Excel, etc.) This individual should be comfortable developing and giving presentations for training purposes and reporting to management monthly or as requested.
This individual will have overall responsibility for tracking and managing turnaround times within your division, inspection pricing reviews (new and renewal), past due inspections, inspection margin reviews, leak call backlogs, and warranty backlogs. Responsible for communicating any price book, commission changes, etc.

This individual will be responsible for helping support Request for Proposals (RFPs) within the division.

Implement and communicate customer contract requirements where applicable. This is a newly created position that will be instrumental in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures, standard reporting, analytics, training team members, etc. This individual will be responsible for managing the payment problems file and working toward payment resolution with the Tremco credit department on all past-due invoices related to inspections, warranties, and leak calls within your division.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
4+ years prior experience in a results-oriented leadership role for a regional, cross-functional team. Prior experience leading a staff in remote multi-state locations. Prior experience clearly defines expectations, articulating ideas, thoughts, and views and providing continual timely, frank, and direct feedback to others. Must have prior hands-on experience with handling business transactions, procedures, and practices including but not limited to, pricing, order entry, designation and duties of employees, warranties, quality assurance practices, service offerings, etc. Ability to travel 10-25% to any location required within the US.

Requirements

Exceptional verbal, presentation, and training skills both.
Ability to work independently with new and existing clients to overcome typical sales objections (i.e.
- price, application knowledge, etc.) Cold-calling success within a territory to both large nationwide clients as well as small businesses in the roofing industry. Working knowledge and understanding of the permitting process with NOA's and approvals. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e.
Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Ability to work in adverse conditions, around chemicals, navigate construction sites, and climb ladders.

Main responsibilities:
Maintain oversight of the EHS function at the Corsicana Chemical Manufacturing Plant to ensure EHS compliance and risk are evaluated and managed appropriately. Contribute to the development of new and revision of existing EHS policies, procedures, programs, and processes and verify their deployment throughout.
Partner with Corp EHS and other Manufacturing leadership in the planning, development, and implementation of EHS/risk reduction strategies, initiatives, and programs in alignment with SH&E performance trends, business goals, and regulatory obligations. Identify, establish, and communicate cascading EHS goals for the Corsicana Plant, incorporating the needs of Plant as well as the greater Tremco organization. Facilitate workshops and other activities to improve employee engagement and the overall safety culture of the plant. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance on existing and evolving EHS regulatory matters to the EHS team, Site Leadership team and Plant Manager. Assist EHS team and SLT Managers in translating our division's EHS, Process Safety and Security goals into site-specific policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure that the Corsicana Plant implements and sustain effective EHS management systems in accordance with external and internal standards (e.g., Responsible Care, ISO, OHSAS, Energy Services' Integrated Management System, etc.) Interface with federal and local regulatory agencies on behalf of the Corsicana Plant to successfully demonstrate compliance legal, business and customer requirements. Participate as a member of the Corsicana Plant Site Leadership Team (SLT). Monitor the execution of EHS, Process Safety, and Security compliance-related engineering and capital projects at the Corsicana Plant to ensure completion in accordance with deadlines as established with local and federal agencies. Manage EHS compliance tools and processes, both internal and external. Advocate the consistent use of EHS compliance tools and processes throughout the division to report incidents, document incident investigations, and track closure of associated corrective actions in a timely manner. Ensure root cause investigations are conducted for those incidents with the greatest learning potential, lessons learned documents are generated and shared across the network and throughout the company. Audit effectiveness of root cause investigation action items Lead, or apply subject matter expertise in support of, RPM/Tremco EHS goals and objectives as requested. Monitor changes in EHS, Process Safety, and Security laws and regulations, assess the impact of the changes on the organization, and develop guidance documents to satisfy new/modified EHS, Process Safety, and Security requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:

Duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Commissioner:

Liaise with clients, build yards, and suppliers during commissioning and handover to maintain a positive reputation
Assist with boat show setup and breakdown, including occasional delivery passages, which may require working during off-hours (e.g., Christmas & New Year).Assist with maintenance, cleaning, and valeting of yachts under care, including tasks in difficult conditions
