Weekly hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am

A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Operative
As a Warehouse Stock Operative, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering or leaving the depot is accurate.
Our activities vary, so often, you may be required to work across multiple different workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits and Load Adherence checks most of which require periods of manual handling.
Job activities
Audit the Inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
Audit Picker accuracy of stock destined for stores and fully investigate all errors found.
Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
Maintain integrity at all times.
Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.

Who are currently looking for a Production Lead Technician to work alongside the Production team leader and operating machinery to high standards.
The Production Lead Technician is paying £30,000 per Annum.
Working Monday to Friday 7:30am-4pm with other occasional shift cover when required.
Duties for the Production Lead Technician:
- Operate plant and equipment to mix, manufacture, transfer, and pack product.
- Packaging of finished products to company standards

- Numerate and literate

- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Operation of some detailed plant operations
- Experience of manufacturing processes
- Technical knowledge of production processes
- Technical understanding of complex equipment

Electrician Technician Responsibilities
Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus in systems, including LV circuits, motors, power, and lighting, using test equipment.
Collaborate with the Team Leader/Instrument Control Manager to implement an effective preventive maintenance program for all electrical components and systems.
Work with other engineers to coordinate the installation of specialised components, ensuring project completion.
Utilise blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer's installation guidelines to complete electrical projects.
To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates to have a strong knowledge of PLCs, 3 Phase motors, fault finding & trouble shooting on industrial control systems and understanding of drawings.

Reporting to a Fractional/Part Time External FD and to the Owners of the firm, you'll be responsible for the hands-on management of the finance function.
Leading two administrators to undertake transactional invoicing tasks
Month-end reporting and ownership of budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecast models
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic business decisions
Analysis of balance sheet and profit & loss statements.
Monitor cash flow, reconcile accounts, and maintain financial records.
Credit control and Payment runs
VAT returns and liaise with Payroll bureau
Develop and maintain financial performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms
Automate and develop the transaction side of the accounts
Integrate Sales Orders, Sales Change Order, and Project Budget process between accounts and project management team
Assist in cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives
Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects as required
Provide actionable financial insights to senior management
THE PERSON
Ideally ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified, however, exceptional Qualified By Experience/QBE Candidates will be considered
Current experience at Finance Manager or Management Accountant level
Must have current experience of producing Management Accounts and Financial Analysis
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel and financial reporting tools skill
Ideally with knowledge of Sage 50.
Any experience of ISO90001 & ISO27001 would be an advantage.
