Position Description
As a Rust-Oleum Supply Chain Intern, you will be responsible for providing support on specific project objectives as assigned by your manager.
Our internship provides involvement in a variety of real-world projects such as:
Develop Proficiency in SAP: Gain a foundational understanding of SAP software to effectively manage supply chain operations.
Learn PCS Fundamentals: Acquire basic knowledge of PCS (Production Control Systems) to support production processes.
Assist with Daily Scheduling: Provide support in daily scheduling tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Utilize SAP for Production Scheduling: Apply SAP expertise to schedule and optimize production line activities

Dependability - Follows instructions; checks in with manager throughout process; responds to management direction
Efficiency - Ensures work is completed by various deadlines
Organizational Skills - Work on multiple tasks

Dentists at the practice benefit from guaranteed full books, with hundreds of new patients joining the practice each month.
The premises are purpose-built, offering a modern, comfortable working environment, equipped with OPG and digital X-rays.
The practice has a low staff turnover, ensuring a stable and collaborative team culture.
Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, though flexibility is available for the right candidate.
There are also opportunities to work late nights and weekends if preferred.
Remuneration is set at a competitive 45% commission-based structure.
About the Ideal Candidate:
The practice is looking for a dentist with the following qualities:
At least 3 years of clinical experience in a similar general dentistry role.
Strong interpersonal skills, with an excellent patient manner and the ability to build rapport with patients.
A track record of being a consistent performer, demonstrating reliable clinical outcomes and steady invoicing.
Experience with root canal therapy is advantageous.
Any specialist interests in areas such as Endodontics, Oral Surgery, or Periodontics would be beneficial.
A positive, professional attitude with a proactive approach to supporting and promoting the practice's values and philosophy.
Strong time management skills to ensure a smooth and efficient daily schedule.
Proficient communication skills, both with patients and colleagues, to foster teamwork and collaboration.
Experience using Microsoft Office and Practice Management Software (PMS).

Responsibilities:
The summer intern would work under mentorship of Project Manager.
The primary project will focus on one of the following areas: Developing a new project management schedule that compares waterfall and agile approaches; establishing a standardized protocol and SOP for capturing lessons learned during NPD and creating a centralized repository; or designing and implementing AI integration within NPD by leveraging existing platforms and enhancing prompt strategies.

Requirements
Major: Marketing, Communications, Project Management Junior, or Senior. Project Management Fundamentals Understanding of basic PM concepts (scope, schedule, risk, deliverables).
Familiarity with methodologies like Waterfall and Agile. Analytical & Research Skills Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
