Job Title: E-Commerce Digital Content Analyst
Location: Vernon Hills, IL
Department: Rust-Oleum US Sales
Reports To: E-Commerce Project Manager
Direct Reports/Manages others: No Rust-Oleum Corporation is a worldwide leader in protective paints and coatings for both home and industry.
We offer a wide range of products including decorative fashion paints, durable industrial roof repair coatings and, of course, our famous rust-fighting formula that started it all.
Essential Job Functions:
• As part of the E-Commerce team, enter skus in multiple retailer proprietary systems: set up skus, enter and maintain sku content including product families, marketing copy, marketing bullets, regulatory information, product images, videos and other assets. • Perform routine audits of online sku content • Develop and maintain a common database for online assortments by retailer including sku availability, pricing & regulatory status • Assist Project Manager and NAE in development of E-Commerce strategic plan for assigned retailers • Make recommendations to help drive revenue like SKU additions, enhanced product content, promotions, and drop ship program opportunities • Maintain and update product inventory file in retailer fulfillment systems • Update retailer E-Comm systems with order cancellations and revised back-order dates • Manages Rust-Oleum's performance for on-time delivery, ASN timing, fill rates, and score carding metrics to ensure Rust-Oleum compliance. • Performs other special projects as needed • Assist with sales reporting and sales trends as needed • Assist with presentation development and delivery as needed

We are searching for a Studio Production Coordinator to support DAP's evolving content needs and the growth of our in-house photography & video production studio.

Photo & Video Support
Provide on-the-ground support for video and photo shoots. Coordinate meals and crafty for prep and production days. Track and manage studio-related receipts and expenses. Support post-production workflows as needed (gathering assets, file transfers, hard drive backups). Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere) is a plus.
Set Builds
Support studio set build logistics, schedules, and hiring builders when needed. Coordinate materials orders and deliveries for set builds. Hands-on carpentry experience for internal set builds is a plus.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in studio operations supporting photo and videography production. Exceptional organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities. Forward thinking to implement new studio initiatives that support growth of the space. Familiarity with production equipment and studio workflows. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment. Proficiency in MS Office. Photography, lighting, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Capture One experience is a plus. Lift 50+ pounds.

Summary:
As a Market Manager, you'll be the catalyst for expanding sales, boosting revenue, and increasing profitability within the Water Wastewater market.
This role is all about vision and execution-steering product development, qualification testing, and crafting impactful sales tools.
You'll champion advertising campaigns, tradeshows, technical papers, competitive analysis, and promotions that position us as a market leader.
You'll collaborate closely with Product Line Management, field sales representatives, technical service teams, and sales leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of marketing or sales experience
5+ years in the Protective Coatings Industry/ Water Wastewater Market
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Physical Requirements:
Primarily office-based with extended computer use (up to 8 hours/day)
No unusual lifting or exertion requirements
Travel required: 30-40%
Essential Functions:
Drive the sales team to identify what's needed to grow volume, increase profitability, and dominate the market.
Maintain strong two-way communication with field reps to ensure alignment and success.
Achieve annual sales, margin objectives, and new product release goals.
Analyze competitive pressures and testing needs-develop actionable strategies to stay ahead.
Create pricing recommendations that maximize market potential.
Identify top owners and buying accounts to target for growth.
Determine product development needs to counter competitive threats and seize opportunities.
Represent Carboline at tradeshows, industry events, and through technical papers-position us as the market leader.
Drive qualification testing, interpret results, and arm the sales team with winning insights.
Update training materials and support literature on internal and external sites.
Lead advertising and promotional efforts to spotlight new products and their benefits.
Champion Carboline's safety and quality programs.
