JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This role is to educate WTI personnel on proper product use application, provide installation training on and off the roof, oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish with intermittent inspections, and post-completion inspections of smaller projects.
The QCS will perform regular job site visits during the project and post-project completion.
The goal is to provide consistency across the country with proper roof repairs and application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in the field and in a shop setting. Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Attend pre-con's on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advise.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the projects have a zero punch-list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to Peel tests Product recommendations Proper product installations Post-project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble in misuse of products for the situation. Perform roof inspections with written reports and photo documentation. Perform safety audits while on site to ensure all safety requirements are being met and consult with the safety team when necessary. Communicate professionally with our Technicians, Foremen, Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, Regional Business Managers, Corporate Staff, and the Sales Team. Complete daily reports including DTA's, Safety Audits, Truck Audits, and QC Inspection Reports as necessary and applicable. Complete weekly/monthly activity reports as requested. Specific Requirements:
Stage and prepare all raw materials associated with production orders. Makes batches and operates packaging equipment efficiently.
Capable of handling scanner & basic computer operations Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in and packaging areas, with active engagement in positive safety behavior. Communicates inventory levels and/or concerns to supervisory staff. Develops good working knowledge of all production processes. Maintains good working relationship with Quality Control. Must be flexible in job assignments and capable of learning all aspects of the facility. Reports all spills and leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near miss accidents and material shortages to Production Supervisor. When there is downtime on his line, proceeds to line assigned to him by Production Supervisor for further training or operation. Assist in hazardous waste handling when needed under the guidance from production management / supervisors or RCRA certified employees. The above description identifies only the primary duties pertaining to this position.
Additional tasks are performed, as required by supervisory staff, and do not significantly alter this description.
Background Requirements:
High School Diploma with some college level chemistry preferred. Minimum 2 year prior production related experience or 1 year experience as a production batch maker.
Physical Requirements:
Must pass standard eye examination (corrected or uncorrected) and must pass standard color- tone testing. Must be capable of wearing Company standard respirators as qualified by fit test performed by an authorized agency.

The Field Resource Inspector is responsible for completing documents, forms, processes and data gathering to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity in our field inspection reporting.

Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services.

The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication. All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and confirm all work orders scheduled. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: This position will be responsible for supporting the Safety Service Rep team for all Tremco and WTI safety projects, workflow coordination in Salesforce, SAP, Smartsheet, MS Excel, and any other programs that house related data.
This position ensures that safety service projects are tracked and executed timely by implementing tools and processes in conjunction with the Safety Service Supervisor.
This position requires a very detail-oriented and organized professional who understands the importance of deadlines, communication, and customer-specific requirements.
This role must have excellent communication, organization, and data management skills and will mainly interact with, but not limited to, safety equipment vendors, Safety Service Reps, Sales Reps, Customer Service, Business Ops Administration, Warranty, Drafting, and Program Management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, execute, and communicate processes to ensure all safety opportunities are housed in Salesforce. Build a tool in Excel, Smartsheet, or Salesforce to track, update, and report on all safety projects throughout their entire life cycle.
Identify possible project issues/conflicts and escalate as needed. Engage with assigned customer service reps to support order entry and ensure vendors are issued accurate and timely purchase orders.
Liaise with vendors on shipment issues, turn round times, product issues, payments, etc.
Monitor and report on job margins by running ZCCR for all active safety projects at varying degrees of frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.).
Attend weekly and or monthly open project review meetings with each SSR and the Regional Sales leader. Support national account opportunities as needed. Identify process gaps or areas for process improvement and work with the SSR team or other business units on implementing solutions. Responsible for reviewing, implementing, and communicating contract requirements to project stakeholders where applicable. Oversee custom approval drawing process in Smartsheet, monitor tasks and due dates, follow up with task assignments to keep the workflow moving to ensure critical dates are met, and create Smartsheet workflow automation as needed. Design and utilize a tool to track and submit safety warranty QA documentation to the Warranty Admin.
Collect job-specific information, initiate CADD drawing requests, work with the Inspection scheduler for dispatching final/future QA inspections, and ensure punch list items are completed.
Submit final inspection and all related documents to warranty admin and assist with warranty claim administration.
Amend tools and processes in preparation for new systems and/or new business process/workflow implementations (Olympia/Inspect, etc.). Other duties as assigned by the manager. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The Compliance Administrator, Subcontractors, will play a pivotal role ensuring all project related subcontractors meet company compliance requirements, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations.

Principal Accountabilities

Ensures on-time Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for Stonhard and subcontractors, including monthly payroll reporting, monitoring, and closeout.
