We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees

Processes order according to the agreed terms and requirements; ensure order delivery timelines and documentation requirements are met. Assess and updates shipment forecasting reports for accuracy and needs; requests for material needs from purchasing and manufacturing as needed; proactively confirm needs with the sales team to ensure project requirements are met. Coordinates, expedites and traces the shipping of orders and leftovers; chooses the appropriate carrier based on project requirements and coordinates details with logistics and carriers; point of contact for shipment issues and is responsible for resolving ensuring delivery to required destination. Follows deposit invoice progression to ensure collection prior to material shipment. Reviews order invoicing and subcontractor payment details to determine if within approval guidelines; escalates for approval as needed; enters information into the computer system and generates payments and invoices. Proactively escalates compliance and risk related concerns to supervisor in a timely manner. Responsible for reviewing and updating backlog, leftover, invoicing, product forecasting, and other management reports as required. Forecast review and updates to ensure invoicing is captured in appropriate period Matches invoices with orders, mails invoices to the customer, and follows up on special billing forms, as required. Requests for insurance certificates for customers and general contractors. Logs Contracts to be executed upon receipt and order entry; responsible for ensuring execution prior to project start. Assesses customized customer correspondence (incoming and outgoing) for required approvals, coordinates approvals and distribution with appropriate team members.
Processes invoices from outside vendors, ensure invoices are allocated to the correct project or account and that actual costs do not exceed budget. Partners with Accounting and Purchasing to set up new vendors.

High school diploma with extensive experience in customer service field. BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or the equivalent coursework in a related specialized field, preferred. 2+ years prior related work experience in sales administration, sales operations, or customer service. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. A self-starter capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing. Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to take initiative in completing assigned work and projects.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
The FOM will oversee $30 million+ in annual self-performed revenue in this role.

Leadership and coaching of their respective Foremen/teams.
Coordinate and collaborate with construction managers and GC superintendents on GC-related work.
Sales communication and coordination. Workforce planning, recruiting, and retention strategy to maintain the optimum performance of the region. Approve proposals for PR, CONPR, and Safety Solutions-related work up to $ 50 K.
Travel within the Region as needed to attend customer, sales, or business meetings.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Manager Junior Associate position will train in many departments within Roofing and WTI while engaged in a degree seeking program through RISE.
The following areas will be included in training as well as any others deemed appropriate: WTI Field - WTI Field Resources to learn installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as safe operations of tools of the trade.
This position requires hands on; roof or construction site activity. General Contracting - learn and assist in project management duties including but not limited to managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc), participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
Sales & Service Support - Report database management and QC related activities, warranty adjustment, leak tracking, customer service, project administration, product training activities, etc. The Construction Manager Junior Associate will be required to apply and take courses working towards a degree in Construction Management through the WTI partnership with The University of Akron, must maintain a minimum of 2.0 GPA, and will work through the Junior Associate curriculum which includes training in the following: OLI QC, superintendent training, estimating, spec writing, CM admin support, PR/Inspection field services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installation, maintenance, and repair of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees Be responsible for contributing to proposals and specifications GC project administration and tracking activities Conceptual Phase (estimates & schedules) Program Planning Phase Design Phase Conduct Prebid Construction Phase Conduct Pre con Effective Close-out Cost Estimates and schedules Use of eBuilder for all project documentation per policy manual Analyze for project cost / budget variance & profitability Understanding of subcontractor agreement and corrective measures of notification to subcontractor per the executed agreement Any other activities to support the training and development within the organization
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) No prior professional experience or training required. (Currently Earning): Degree in Construction Management, Construction building Engineering, Construction Technology, Project Management or Industrial
