Profile Food Ingredients offers a wide range of specialty product formulations for use in dairy products, baked goods, beverages, confections, nutraceuticals, dips, dressings and sauces.
Its product line promotes uniformity, enhances texture, thickens, prevents separation and extends shelf life and includes clean label, non-GMO, organic and natural solutions.
The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality products.
This role supports production associates, ensures adherence to company standards including GMP and HACCP, and helps drive productivity, quality, and continuous improvement across assigned production lines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure production of quality products that meet all Safety, SQF, and customer requirements
Lead, coach, train, and develop production associates to enhance skills and performance
Support and maintain efficient production processes across all product lines
Assist with production activities as needed during staffing shortages
Conduct ongoing training to improve production methods and operational efficiency
Review production schedules prior to shift start and communicate updates, including product changes, line adjustments, and material availability
Facilitate shift huddles and maintain communication with supervisors and cross-functional teams
Verify all formulas, labels, tools, and equipment are prepared prior to production start
Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring production areas are free of hazards
Ensure accurate completion of all production documentation, including material usage and counts
Promote proactive responses to downtime and support efficient changeovers
Maintain effective communication between associates and leadership
Identify and escalate issues related to quality, safety, downtime, or production concerns
Lead and motivate associates to maximize productivity while minimizing operational costs
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment (food industry preferred)
Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and reliability
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Certified forklift operator (or ability to obtain certification)
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and motivate employees
Knowledge of SQF, GMP, and OSHA regulations
Physical Requirements
This role requires regular standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
The ability to lift up to 60 pounds is required.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.

Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.

Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required.

An opportunity has arisen for an In-House Lettings Agent to join a well-established company managing shopping centres, specialising in retail asset management, leasing, and operations.
As an In-House Lettings Agent, you will manage lettings activity, enquiries, listings, and vacant unit marketing across a varied property portfolio.
This role offers a salary range of £30,000 - £39,000 and benefits.
You will be responsible for
* Managing and maintaining property listings across key property portals
* Handling incoming lettings enquiries and supporting leasing processes
* Coordinating property viewings with prospective tenants
* Assisting with the marketing of vacant commercial units
* Liaising with tenants, prospective occupiers, and wider stakeholders
* Ensuring all listings remain accurate, engaging, and up to date
* Supporting sales-related property activity where required
What we are looking for
* Previously worked as a Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Agent, Lettings Consultant, Lettings Coordinator, Estate Agent, Lettings Administration Manager or in a similar role.
* Prior experience within lettings or estate agency environments
* Strong working knowledge of major property listing platforms (such as Zoopla and Rightmove)
* Experience dealing with lettings and sales enquiries
* Strong customer service approach with clear and confident communication
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
* Proactive mindset with good commercial awareness

Mobile Cleaner Required - Norfolk Area
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Mobile Cleaner to cover sites across the Norfolk area.
This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, is flexible, and takes pride in maintaining high cleaning standards.
A company van or car will be provided for work-related travel.

Applications are invited from Orthopaedic and MSK-experienced Physiotherapists to join our client's Inpatient and Outpatient team at their acute hospital site located in Kingston upon Thames, near the world famous Wimbledon and Richmond Park. This is a part-time role of 19 to 24 hours per week.
The salary is 47,000 FTE, pro-rata to £23,700 for 19 hours - £30,100 for 24 hours (£24.00 hr)The role is split 50:50 between outpatient and inpatients which is 85% orthopaedic. It will include 1 evening shift to 8pm, 1 Saturday shift a month and participation in the weekend rota.The Outpatient Physiotherapy Clinic times are: Monday – Thursday: 8am – 8pm, Friday: 8am – 6pm, Alternate Saturdays: 9am – 1pm and the Inpatient Service runs seven days a week.The Physiotherapy department commprises four modern, spacious and well-appointed treatment rooms and a rehabilitation gym with a range of specialist exercise equipment.
