The Role

We currently have a team of 120 service engineers across the UK working on a regional basis, working with Restaurants, Hotels, School and Care homes to name a few.
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer / Team Leader to join our team in the West Midlands .
This role requires someone who has worked with commercial and retail contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Service, reactive maintenance and breakdown of refrigeration equipment
· Supervise, lead, and support a team of refrigeration engineers and technicians.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration system faults and oversee effective resolutions.
· Provide technical expertise and hands-on support as required.
· Conduct site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to standards.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
· Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
· Working with Cold-rooms, Bottle Coolers, Packs, Under counter fridge/freezers, Display Cabinets, Blast chillers
Qualifications
· FGAS

Kicking off in the late 60's this provider now delivers free and confidential support to over 100,000 service users a year from 80 individual location nationwide offering substance misuse support to adults, young people and their wider family using skilled Recovery Practitioners and clinical staff.The Ideal Recovery Practitioner:Will have the ability to work independently at all times, with the capability of completing any assessments that come through to the service on a weekly basis, this will be carried out working remotely/working from home.Expectations of the Recovery Practitioner:To complete initial assessments and referrals of service users with substance misuse problems whilst supporting the duty team with overflow of work from the service, due to working on a remote basis there is an expectancy for high quality performance.Compliance Requirements:
