GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc.).
This involves working with the Project Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Sales Reps associated with the project, to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and manage self-perform crews via daily interaction and oversight of crew foreman.When subcontractors are necessary/present on majority self-perform projects, act as liaison to CM for boots on the ground subcontractor oversight (as needed).
Implement and understand project administration requirements.
Create, update, and communicate project schedules and updates.
Control expectations and challenges to keep project on schedule and running efficiently.
Ensure Quality Control/Quality Management of all scope items.
Verify that all project work complies with contract documents.
Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self-perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards.
Ensure the profitability of the region by effectively managing the team and processes with the tools available including collaboration with the RBM.
Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction.
Aid in takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed.
Participate in CG/CM, Sales Team, and Ops Management related coordination and collaboration.
Provide QA and QC inspections and training at all levels of work to achieve the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing practices so that the Tremco Sales team will increase their market share of performed work to WTI.
These areas include:
Field applications - existing and new materials, systems, applications, etc.
Customer service
Reporting compliance
Communicate on a routine basis with the RBM regarding:
Safety compliance results
Project approvals, planning, and results
Personnel and process management
All issues that require collaboration or elevation of authority
Lead and uphold the highest levels of health and safety management in compliance with all codes, laws, and Tremco policies and contribute to developing a safety-oriented culture that will result in 100% compliance of:
Toolbox Talk attendance
DTA reporting
Truck audits
Goal of zero safety related incidents on all projects JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Willing to travel 100% of the area as needed.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $74,000 and $92,000.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities:
Sanitation is responsible for all activities involved in maintaining the cleanliness and food safe environment of the Processing facility, surrounding area and equipment.
Reports to the Production supervisor and receives direction concerning sanitation activities.
Perform daily sanitation of all processing lines and mixing rooms.
Ensure food safety and food defense in the plant.
Promotes a safe work environment through knowledge of the sanitation program and commitment to a safe workplace for all.
Ensures that staff are informed of corporate safety requirements and that safety is a priority in day to day functions.
Develops and implements new methods, procedures, and systems to improve quality and food safety performance, determine and implement corrective actions.
Follow best practices for safety, SDS guidelines, and the proper use of personal protective equipment.
Responsible for filling out daily sanitation logs, performance reports and shift paperwork.
Regularly complete training in methods of improving sanitation processes
Makes certain that all areas are kept clean of waste, debris, and liquids to avoid safety hazards
Ensures that at the end of the shift all documentation pertinent to sanitation.
Maintains effective communications between the Manager and shift supervisors.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Training, Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience:
Must possess good reading, writing and math skills.
Must always be safety conscious.
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Must be self-directed and able to work without close supervision
Willing and able to work overtime as needed
Hardworking, dependable, and safety conscious
Bilingual - English/Spanish is preferred
Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
Strong quantitative skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to think critically.
Ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize work.
Read and understand chemical labels.
Read and understand HACCP along with SQF and OSHA requirements.

General Purpose:

Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy.
Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine the root cause, and take corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed.
Ensure injured workers are offered modified duties, and documentation has been completed.
Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field.
As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with the Director of Health and Safety and prepare observation reports as needed.
At minimum must have 30 Hr.
OSHA Training.
(With willingness to get 500 Hr.
OSHA Training to operate asan official component of the OSHA Construction Outreach Program.)
Ensure all new employees within the Region meet their training objectives, e.g., complete their Day 1 Orientation, iLead New Employee Training, and Tremco (OSHA) Construction 10 Hr.
Training within 1 month of their employment.
Qualifications:
An Occupational Health and Safety Degree, Diploma, or Nationally Recognized Safety Certification or Designation is a mandatory requirement.

We're strengthening our UK commercial team and are looking for a high-calibre Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager with proven experience in Automotive Car Care, Motor Oils & Lubricants, or FMCG Retail National Accounts.
As a major European chemical manufacturer, we develop and supply high-performance Car Care products, and maintenance fluids to leading Automotive Retailers, Forecourt Groups, Supermarkets, DIY and Distribution partners across EMEA.
This is a pivotal UK role with genuine scope to shape category strategy, grow national account sales alongside launching new products to market.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of key UK & Ireland accounts, targeting growth across:
Automotive Retail chains
Petrol Forecourt groups
Supermarkets & DIY chains
National Distributors & Regional Distributors
High-volume retail platforms
This is a commercially focused, customer facing role where your ability to balance volume, margin, range, and customer strategy will be critical.
Who This Role Is Perfect For
You'll thrive in this role if you are:
A Key Account Manager within Automotive Car Care, Lubricants, or FMCG National Accounts
Experienced in National Account or Top-Tier Regional / Key Account management
Commercially sharp, data-led, and confident facing senior retail buyers
Comfortable owning a category and influencing range, pricing, promotions, and space
This role would also suit a commercially driven Category Manager or Product Manager ready to step into a more sales-facing national accounts role.
What You'll Bring
Essential strengths include:
Proven success managing and growing National Retail or Large Distributor accounts
Strong commercial acumen: pricing, margin, volume, and promotional planning
Confidence using sales data to identify gaps and unlock opportunity
Ability to build long-term, trusted customer relationships
Experience launching new products and winning range acceptance
Highly desirable (but not essential):
Knowledge of Car Care, Motor Oils, Automotive Lubricants, or Maintenance Fluids
Experience linking the motorist, retailer, and category strategy
