As our Material Handler, you will work in our plant to pick orders.
We can't ship without you.
Every day you will work alongside a hardworking and fast-paced team to select orders from the warehouse floor and place them on the correct pallet.

Required Experience:
1-3 years of related experience. High school diploma or GED. Must be able to work above average overtime and flexible hours. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Aptitude with SAP/WMS System as well as ISO-9001 requirements. Appropriate forklift and comparable equipment operating skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all sub-contractors.
Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.

Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Set project timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required. Coordinate work with Program Managers, Sales & Service Support, Customer Management (WTI & Tremco Roofing), and Resource Management. Participate in the Preventive and Corrective Action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.
pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Sign-off on project billings. Responsible for change order negotiation and approval.

Forwards published copies to local Tremco Representative, Superintendent, Facility Contact, and Roofing Subcontractor. Bidding Stage Publishes, approves, and distributes Addendum (where applicable) Receives and reviews bids and agreements
Pre-construction Stage:
Provides established Project Schedule. Assists the Superintendent in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting. Provides the superintendent with necessary subcontractor information, such as site-specific safety plans, certificates, etc., from the Bid Form prior to the Pre-Construction Meeting. Conducts and processes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation and distributes to all applicable parties.
Construction Stage:
Daily receipt and review of Daily Inspection forms. Visits job site as necessary. Receive and review Weekly Progress Meeting Minutes, Attend or be involved via conference call. Maintain Project Schedule process updates from the superintendent. Perform site audits as appropriate. Authorize and generate Change Orders as required. Authorize subcontractor payments. Under the supervision of the Senior R&D Scientist, the Research Assistant will test formulations for new product development, technology innovation, cost saving or product performance enhancement.

Responsibilities
Work under supervision on projects that require research, formulation, analytical and mechanical testing development, and evaluation for potential new applications Enter new raw materials and formulation data into the laboratory database systems. DAP is looking to hire a Product Development Scientist in R&D Department. As a R&D Scientist, you will plan/Perform experiments and generate general test data and analytical data with minimal guidance from senior R&D personnel; perform basic data analysis.

Possess innovation skills evident as risk taking, result seeking, and idea integration.
Hands-on bench experience with various chemistries (latex, moisture curing, reactive, etc.) in sealants, adhesives, coatings, repair or related field. Bench chemistry experience and familiarity with various analytical techniques: wet chemistry, titrations, microscopy, rheology, thermal analysis, tensile testing, etc. Experience operating lab scale mixing equipment as well as lab scale analytical and testing apparatus.

The Process Engineer provides process engineering support for raw materials, compounding, production and packaging functions to improve safety, quality, service and cost efficiencies in the operations area in the Pacific, MO manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities
Support daily production needs through process troubleshooting, experimentation and support for production requirements. Work with project managers on designing and installing PLC controls for capital projects. Work with Allen-Bradley PLC's to maintain and improve current operations. Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cost, increase material utilization, improve first time right, integrate new products/processes into production and reduce variation. Implement necessary changes and update all documentation (including drawings and SOP's) accordingly. Coordinates with plant engineer to oversee capital projects necessary for the continued improvement and modernization of the plant. Ensure completion of projects within budgets.
