We are currently looking for an LCMS Technical Sales Specialist to join a leading provider of analytical instrumentation based in the UK.
This role will cover the Central West of the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled professional to contribute to the growth of our clients mass spectrometry business by delivering tailored solutions and exceptional customer support.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the LCMS Technical Sales Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Drive the growth of our clients mass spectrometry solutions by promoting and selling their range of instruments, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Lead technical and commercial discussions with customers to evaluate their needs, recommend suitable solutions, and guide them through the sales process from initial contact to closure.
Collaborate with internal teams such as service, product specialists, and marketing to develop tailored business plans, deliver customer demonstrations, and support marketing initiatives.
Prepare and present technical proposals, application reports, and solution demonstrations to showcase the value of our clients technology and differentiate from competitors.
Provide ongoing customer support, application advice, and training to ensure optimal use of instruments and foster long-term relationships.
As the LCMS Technical Sales Specialist you will maintain accurate CRM records, support pipeline management, and contribute to market intelligence gathering.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the LCMS Technical Sales Specialist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
A Degree or higher level in scientific disciplines such as chemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmacy, biochemistry, or a related field.
Proven technical knowledge and practical experience in solution selling, with a strong background in LC-MS systems and mass spectrometry applications.
Hands-on laboratory experience with chromatography and mass spectrometry techniques.
A solid understanding of mass spectrometry and chromatography theory, with familiarity with software systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Willingness to travel regularly within the territory and occasional international travel for training and conferences.

We are currently seeking a Regional Business Specialist to join a leading provider of analytical instrumentation and material testing solutions based in the UK to cover the North West of England.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Regional Business Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Drive the sales and revenue growth of our clients portfolio of analytical instruments, including (U)HPLC, LC-MS, GC, GC-MS, and Spectroscopy solutions, by engaging with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate proactively with internal teams such as service, product specialists, and marketing to provide comprehensive support and solutions that meet customer needs.
- Prepare and implement strategic business plans, territory strategies, reports, tender documents, and tailored solution proposals to achieve business objectives.
- Lead technical pre-sales discussions, evaluate customer requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and manage the sales process from lead qualification to closing.
- As the Regional Business Specialist you will deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and promote technological innovation.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Regional Business Specialist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A Degree or higher level in scientific disciplines such as chemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmacy, biochemistry, or related fields.
- Proven experience in solution selling, with a strong background in chromatography systems; additional experience with spectroscopy and mass spectrometry is desirable.
- Hands-on laboratory experience in chromatography, spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry techniques.
- A solid understanding of the theory and application of mass spectrometry and chromatography; familiarity with chromatography software systems and ability to learn new systems quickly.

In this role, you are required to accurately count stock for Retail & Asset Solutions in various high street Pharmacies, this role is extremely important to ensure pharmacies are fully stocked with the medication required for local Doctors and Hospitals.
Please note all training is provided upon your first shift.
Previous stock, audit or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.

Be able to work 5 out of 7 days including weekends.

Be committed to showing interest in work and carrying out shifts.

Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high level stock, therefore you will be bending and stretching to reach stock throughout your shift and at times may possibly be outdoors.
