Perform respiratory assessments and provide support for residents requiring complex non-invasive ventilation.
Maintain accountability for all professional and clinical decisions.
Candidate Profile:
Registered with the HCPC and a qualified chartered physiotherapist.
Demonstrated expertise in neurological care for adults with complex conditions, including neuro-musculoskeletal issues.
Experience in respiratory therapy is advantageous but not required.
Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to providing exceptional care.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to develop and implement effective care plans.
