Project Manager - Hybrid - £50k-£55k Location: Hayes, West London Department: Process Improvement & Projects
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead technical, infrastructure, and change projects within our Production facility.
Reporting to the Head of Department, you will manage projects from conception through to delivery — ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Define, plan and execute technical and change projects across the facility.
Develop project approval requests including economic appraisals.

Minimise operational disruption and track project milestones and KPIs.
Work closely with resource owners to ensure effective allocation.
Engage and manage stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Recognised Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP) desirable.
LEAN qualification an advantage but not essential.
Minimum 3 years project management experience, ideally in an aerospace/aviation environment but not essential.
Proven track record managing technically complex projects from concept to implementation.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with MRP/ERP systems and high IT competency (MS Office Suite).
Ability to prioritise, problem-solve and deliver to tight deadlines.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and influencing skills.
Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to drive change.

Multi Skilled Civil Enforcement Officer
Location: Devon
Hours: Working 37 hours per week on a rolling rota covering shifts between 7am and 10pm seven days a week.
Sunday's and Bank Holidays are paid at time & half.
Unity Recruitment are seeking an experienced Civil Enforcement Officer to work for a council based in Devon.

Key Purpose of Job
1.To ensure that all parking regulations are observed and enforced in a fair, accurate, and consistent manner.
2.
To ensure all enforcement is in accordance with the Councils own determined procedures.
Enforcement procedures will always be in accordance with the Traffic Management Act 2004 & Torbay Councils Parking Enforcement Policy.
3.Ensure that all ‘Pay & display' machines are operational
Anticipated Outcomes of Post
1.To support the Council's priorities through the undertaking of enforcement activities.
2.To ensure the movement of traffic throughout the bay and to ensure the highway and car parks are available to use and to park within the designated restrictions.
3.To ensure members of the public pay for their parking requirements.
Essential Skills and Effectiveness
1.Ability to effectively operate hand held computers and other sundry equipment
2.Ability to effectively manage lone working with personal responsibility for completing work.
To include effective organisational skills.
3.Ability to demonstrate effective observational skills.
4.Ability to produce clear, concise, and informative reports.
5.Ability to demonstrate effective mathematical skills to calculate start and finish times for pay & display sessions.
6.Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills.
Such as being tactful, polite and diplomatic when dealing with members of the public.
7.Ability to demonstrate effective communication with both colleagues and customers, to also include times when potentially in difficult circumstances.
8.Ability to effectively handle confrontations whilst carrying out enforcement duties, and to demonstrate the ability to effectively resolve conflict.

10.Ability to demonstrate effective computer literacy to include all Microsoft packages such as Teams, Word and Excel.
