POSITION TITLE: Plant Custodian
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
The Plant Custodian cleans and maintains appearance of the plant and parking lots at both Large and Small Batch manufacturing sites and parking lots.
The position reports directly to the Director of EHS.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to work in a manufacturing environment and follow all plant safety rules and practices.
Must be willing to perform janitorial and other manual tasks throughout the plant.
Good time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have regular and predictable attendance.
Must have the ability to understand verbal and written instructions from plant supervision and efficiently and effectively perform tasks.
Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of all buildings. Performs cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms and breakrooms. Ensures cleanliness of all breakrooms, meeting rooms and other areas of the plant as assigned. Maintains a neat and orderly janitors' closet; ensures cleaning supplies are stocked. Maintains the cleanliness of the outside of all buildings by picking up trash and debris and disposing of properly per safety policy. Use Wet Floor Signs. Take all trash out of plant. Turn in job assignment sheet daily. Must properly wear personal protective equipment as required for the task being performed. Follow all departmental and plant safety rules and requirements. Report any unsafe condition to your manager immediately. Performs other duties as assigned.
RECOMMENDED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Travel is not required for this position.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is carried out in a Production environment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to dust, fumes, and noise with safety procedures in place for protection.
The employee will be required to wear all appropriate safety equipment including, but not limited to, eye protection, ear protection, dust mask, gloves, steel-toed shoes, and a hard hat.
This position works in an environment in which safety, environmental, and health concerns will demand constant attention.
Strict adherence to safety policies is a requirement of employment.
Employees may be required to lift containers of up to 55 pounds of weight.

DAP is currently looking to hire Supply Planning Manager. The Supply Planning Manager will be responsible to lead and integrate a robust S&OP process across the DAP enterprise.
They will manage the daily activities of demand, supply, and inventory planning.
Support the operations analytics function.
Responsibilities
Lead the Supply Planning process and sustain as business practice.
Develop, document, and communicate an integrated and aligned monthly supply plan to ensure customer service, inventory, and OEE targets are achieved.

Work closely with the SIOP team to identify and resolve changes in the forecast and impact on customer service and the supply chain.
Drive MRP and rough-cut capacity planning activities to resolve supply constraints and reduce excess inventory.
Champion and drive full utilization of system- wide planning capabilities.
Drive Continuous Improvement
Establish and actively monitor key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement, and determining root causes.
Develop and implement corrective measures.
Ensure readiness of weekly and monthly reports to assess actual performance in comparison to plan, determine variances, and communicate findings.
Assist SIOP and Plant Managers with a variety of analytical efforts.
Build People capabilities.
Train, coach, and lead staff in problem solving, communication skills, goal setting, and enriching their overall management skill sets.
Establish an environment of continuous improvement where direct reports stay motivated to meet or exceed both service and cost objectives.
Provide performance feedback to staff through periodic performance reviews, staff meetings, training, and other activities deemed appropriate.
Establish a high- performance culture via the communication of clear expectations and targets.
Create a strong Supply Chain community by promoting teamwork and a collaborative mindset by sharing best practices, aligning processes, and proactive transparent communication.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business Management. 5+ years of strategic and in-depth, hand-on supply planning experience APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or equivalent (preferred) Knowledge and experience using ERP (SAP/IBP preferred) and planning systems required. Strong EXCEL skills, ability to create data analytical tools Exceptional ability to think creatively, generate options, build consensus, and execute. Strong project leadership, strategy development, process design, and change management skills. Demonstrated success navigating ambiguity and being resilient in a dynamic multifaceted business environment. Responsibilities:
To carry out statutory reviews under the Housing Act 1996, Part VI, and VII of the Housing Act as amended.
To provide reports and statistics about the reviews function and support any service improvement initiatives.
To manage an extensive caseload of reviews and appeals and ensure the investigation and response to these is high quality and within legal deadlines.
To liaise with medical team, customers, solicitors, housing providers, advocates and agencies to ensure cases are thoroughly investigated.
To make complex robust decisions and recommendations on casework undertaken in the Housing Options Service, including to overturn and uphold decisions and service practice.
To respond to a high level of complex complaints.
Investigating the issues and responding on the full range of issues raised.
Ensure enquiries into complaints are comprehensive and apply relevant legislation, caselaw and policy but also show sensitivity to households needs.
To research and draft thorough responses to the Local Government Ombudsman as requested and to ensure all information requested by the Ombudsman is made available.
To provide an excellent customer care service which promotes a positive image by phone or any other method of communications.
To raise customer care concerns about the service which emerge as a result of reviews in the Housing Options management team.
To promote a housing options approach to service delivery, maximising homelessness prevention and the take up of a range of effective solutions to meet housing need.
To thoroughly investigate complaints from members and senior managers and where necessary to carry out interviews and home visits to gather information.

From time to time to deal with requests for information under the Data Protection Act and Freedom of Information Act and to be aware of the requirements of the legislation and Lewisham practice.
Input all data, make detailed case notes and update progress on reviews on all IT systems
To record and monitor all complaints, enquiries, reviews and appeals being dealt with.
To produce reports on areas of bad practice, training needs, lack of process or procedures arising out of the review or complaint cases and recommend service improvements, changes to procedures and working practices.
To assist in the identification and addressing of training needs in the service.
To undertake training as required, e.g.
on new legislation or new technology.
To be the lead officer within housing needs to share new developments and best practice.
Carry out own administration function and provide all information and data as requested by managers dealing with correspondence, maintain records and produce reports as necessary.
