The Data Solutions Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise data solutions that support reporting, analytics, and business operations.
This role focuses on building and supporting data pipelines, transforming and integrating data within Databricks, and creating trusted, business-ready datasets for consumption across the organization.
A key responsibility is preparing and validating data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM), Infor LN, and other enterprise systems.
The role collaborates closely with Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable data solutions on Microsoft Azure and related enterprise platform
Essential Functions
Data Pipeline Development
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
Automate workflows to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Data Transformation & Integration
Develop and enhance Bronze, Silver, and Gold layer datasets to support business and analytical requirements.
Integrate data from ERP and other enterprise systems into enterprise data platforms.
Create and maintain data transformations, joins, calculations, and business logic to support downstream consumption.
Support deployment of new data assets, enhancements, and data products.
Data Validation & Quality
Validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Investigate data quality issues and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Support data governance standards through adherence to established data quality, security, and documentation practices.
Data Modeling
Create and maintain logical and physical data models.
Ensure compliance with data quality, security, and governance standards.
Collaboration
Work closely with BI teams, data analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Continuous Improvement
Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering and architecture.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience developing and supporting data solutions, data integration processes, or data engineering initiatives.
Proficiency in SQL and modern data management concepts.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and database management principles.
Experience integrating and validating data from enterprise business applications, including ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot data quality and integration issues.
Understanding of data governance, security, and data quality best practices.
Experience working with Business Intelligence and Analytics teams to deliver trusted, business-ready data.

Benefits and Compensation
The pay range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $95,000 and $120,000 annually.

Build out all load files necessary for Ops team to execute.
Includes maintenance for PowerBI price lists + necessary Sharepoint reference files.
Assist Pricing Manager with data validation/testing regarding PowerBI models/dashboards and major IT projects (RPM One, Tremco Data Lake etc.)
Ad-hoc development of PowerBI models/dashboards.
Identify opportunities where PowerBI can be leveraged to automate manual Excel processes/reports.
Execute ad-hoc queries in SQL and build respective Excel reports.
Prepare and present internal customer facing analytics.
Identify opportunities to improve/streamline existing reporting methods/processes to ensure optimal turnaround times and improve data quality.
Keeping informed on pricing analysis methods and industry trends.
Continued learning on current data science methodologies (Python, Databricks, etc.

EDUCATION:

Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of the finished product.
Participate in plant metric reporting.
Coordinate quality control objectives and activities as detailed in the facility site plan to resolve any production problems that may occur, maximize product consistency, and minimize cost.
Prepare estimates of production costs and production progress reports for management.
Design measurement and control systems for chemical plants based on data collected in laboratory experiments and in pilot plant operations.
Use SAP to monitor production/business functions.
Provides engineering expertise for all operations in the plant.
Must be the subject matter expert regarding all manufacturing equipment and processes at the plant.
Recommend modifications to current processes and equipment; document and follow up with process engineers responsible for the modifications.
Works with the plant engineers and maintenance to influence the direction of preventative maintenance best practices.
Support a high-performance results-oriented culture and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
Provide technical and operational leadership for equipment and facility maintenance and improvements.
Deliver disciplined project management and product development assistance.
Regular review of batch first pass yield, production quality, distressed, obsolete, scrap, and returned material.
Troubleshoot and implement repeatability best practices.
Assist in the identification of capital requirements for the facilities' annual capital plans and budgets.
Lead investigations into equipment failures, difficulties, and deficiencies.
Interface with leadership, operators, and maintenance to ensure continuous improvement and continuous production.
Develop and streamline their critical metrics and assist when necessary.
Assist in the development of site metrics and KPI's Implementation and continued support of PIE.
Perform a job in accordance with all Tremco safety policies and procedures.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree (B.
S.) in mechanical or electrical engineering.

This position supports the operation of the Distribution Center through efficient execution of a variety of duties such as accurate order picking, safety and quality audits, UPS, reclaim/rework and housekeeping, cycle counting and general warehousing duties as needed or required.
Responsibilities:
Utilize RF scanner and unit to read information from the Manhattan system to pull cases of finished goods from the designated bin location
Build pallets according to DAP standards in terms of layout, pallet requirements, labeling, wrapping and loading
Assists in maintaining an accurate inventory through proper utilization of RF devices, accurate counts, and recording/reporting of all discrepancies and damaged product.
Assist in physical inventories
Maintains a safe work environment ensuring that all DC policies and practices are followed.
Upholds an acceptable level of housekeeping in all areas of responsibility
Abides by all DC safety rules and regulations
Works in other areas as required by business needs
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse environment
Ability to safely operator a walkie-rider and pallet jack after training completion
Ability to operate RF scanner
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the scheduled work day
Must be able to stand and/or walk for the entire scheduled shift
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Lab technician will work primarily within a designated development group, preparing customer samples, color-match products, and producing laboratory formulations.

Position Summary
Rust-Oleum is seeking a strategic, business-focused leader to serve as Director, User & Market Insights.
This role will lead the development and execution of insight strategies that drive profitable growth across multiple product platforms, brands, channels, and customer segments.
The Director will champion the voice of the user, shopper, and market across the organization, translating qualitative and quantitative research into actionable business recommendations that inform innovation, portfolio strategy, pricing, brand development, commercialization, and go-to-market decisions.
As a key member of the Strategy & Execution organization, this leader will build an insights-driven culture by partnering closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, R&D, Finance, Category Management, and Executive Leadership to identify growth opportunities and influence strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate combines strong research expertise, business acumen, exceptional storytelling ability, and proven experience leading teams that transform data into competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Insights Leadership & Strategy
Develop and lead the enterprise research agenda aligned with business growth priorities and platform strategies.
Establish a fact-based understanding of users, shoppers, category dynamics, competitive activity, and emerging trends.
Lead the identification of critical business questions and knowledge gaps requiring research and analysis.
Ensure insights activities directly support innovation, brand growth, pricing strategy, commercialization, demand generation, and customer engagement.
Create a long-term roadmap that prioritizes research investments based on business impact and growth opportunities.
Research & Analytics
Provide oversight for all qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.
Determine appropriate methodologies and research designs to address strategic business questions.
Lead advanced research programs including:
Segmentation
Concept and innovation testing
Packaging evaluation
Shopper journey research
Brand health tracking
Price elasticity studies
Customer and user experience studies
Competitive benchmarking
Integrate insights from internal data, syndicated sources, custom research, and secondary intelligence to create holistic business recommendations.
Ensure research quality, methodological rigor, and actionable deliverables.
Business Partnership & Strategy
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and functional teams.
Translate complex consumer, shopper, and market information into clear business implications.
Develop executive-ready insights stories that influence organizational priorities and investment decisions.
Lead quarterly insights reviews and strategic learning sessions across business platforms.
Advocate for the end-user and shopper perspective in innovation, portfolio planning, and commercialization discussions.
Team Leadership
Recruit, develop, coach, and mentor a high-performing insights team.
Create clear development plans and learning opportunities for team members.
Establish best practices, processes, and governance for research execution and knowledge management.
Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous learning, strategic thinking, and business impact.
Manage workload prioritization, resource allocation, and vendor partnerships.

Lead strategic relationships with research suppliers and analytics partners.
Evaluate and onboard research vendors to ensure access to best-in-class capabilities.
Optimize research spending and ensure efficient use of budget.
Build and maintain a centralized insights repository that enables access to historical learning and accelerates decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Consumer Insights, Market Research, Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in market research, consumer insights, shopper insights, customer analytics, or related disciplines.
3+ years of people leadership experience.
Expertise designing and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative research.
Experience managing external research agencies and vendor partnerships.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
Exceptional presentation and storytelling capabilities.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize multiple data sources into actionable business recommendations.
Preferred
Consumer Packaged Goods experience.
Home Improvement, Hardware, Paint, Building Materials, or Cleaning category experience.
Familiarity with innovation research, pricing research, and category management applications.
Experience using modern insight platforms and advanced analytics tools.

Salary Target Range: $140,000 - $160,000, bonus eligible
