We are recruiting on behalf of a leading, well-established consumer brand for a Channel Marketing Manager to join on a 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover) in Banbury (hybrid working).
This is a commercially focused role sitting at the heart of the business, acting as the strategic bridge between Marketing and Sales, and playing a critical part in driving retail growth, brand visibility and sell-through performance.

Stay abreast of changes in regulations and provide guidance to the regulatory team.
Own the EH&S reporting system and work with the vendor to ensure there is a functioning system.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for providing heavy duty cleaning services within the manufacturing plant and warehouse.
Essential Functions
Run floor scrubber and floor buffer as needed.
Empty plant floor trash containers and advise maintenance manager when the trash dumpster is full. Empty all cardboard containers on the plant floor and take cardboard to the recycling dumpster outside the facility. Sweep the plant floor daily removing dust from the plant floor. Assists in cleaning up chemical spills as required.
Follows safety guidelines in doing this task. Monitor supplies of floor cleaner, trash bags, and floor buffer scrubber pads, and makes maintenance manager aware of when these supplies need to be restocked. Reports all spills, leaks, equipment malfunctions, and safety hazards to the production supervisor and/or the maintenance manager.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent; in lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education may be considered.
5 years' Janitor experience in an Industrial Environment.
Preferred Requirements
Forklift Certification Must be capable of wearing Company standard respirators as qualified by a fit test performed by an authorized agency.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
