Zest Optical is currently looking to recruit a Key Account Manager for a global eyewear and eye care company offering comprehensive solutions for eye care professionals.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building strong partnerships, maximising client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
This is a national role but the successful candidate will be based in Northern England.
The purpose of this position will be to take on a range of Key Accounts across the UK to drive growth and work to take our client to be the partner of choice.
You will also work closely with Inside Sales to support and generate a combination of promotions/packages to be able to support their strategies in the field.
Key Account Manager - Role
Generate and follow up sales leads by providing 1st class demo/trial programmes which are efficient but profitable and tailored to customer needs where necessary.
Carry out quality training for all installs at directed accounts within the Country.
Support your fellow Key Account manager with other face to face tasks such as software updates, troubleshooting, customer service follow ups etc
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.

A proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.

Excellent working knowledge of Computer Aided Design modelling concepts and software proficient with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks) for 3D part modeling, drawing, and assembly creation of the mechanical components. Responsible for proactive community management, monitoring and engaging with our communities and influencers across social media platforms, promoting an authentic, positive conversation Monitors and moderates inbound messages, comments, and responds to consumers with on-brand language and escalating issues internally to the appropriate team members to ensure they are acted upon and addressed in a timely manner Social media enthusiast - up to date on trending content, macro trends, consumer communities, influencers, and channel strategy Embedded member of the brand team regularly attending and actively participating in key meetings; actively executing and reporting on tactics to support brand priorities Collaborates with creative teams to create engaging social media content supporting key growth objectives for the brand Owns the copywriting and content publishing process for branded social and digital channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Web, and eCommerce Works with internal teams to source owned photography and videos; networks with consumers and influencers to source earned videography, photography and user generated content Schedules and publishes social posts as well as digital content and maintains an organized social/digital content calendar capturing activity across channels Assists Digital and Social Media Strategist with conducting social listening exercises, analyzing content performance and preparing reports on trends, insights and opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field 1 -3 years of professional experience writing for social or digital channels in a content creation role (consumer goods experience preferred) Social media savvy - in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends Excellent writing skills Excellent research and outreach skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently Active listener, a critical thinker and a problem solver Pays extreme attention to detail Strong people skills -must possess the ability to build effective working relationships Strong communication and time-management skills Sprinklr or other social media management system experience preferred Basic analytical skills preferred Knowledge of social media best practices for brands a plus Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000

This position is primarily responsible for providing ongoing training programs, processes, and strategies that enhance and accelerate the depth of knowledge and efficiency of the THD Field Service Unit (MET) in order to better service and increase sales with key home center.
This includes providing field tutelage, and training tools that maximize MET performance and results in support of National Field Manager and National Account Managers.
Responsibilities also include these key responsibilities: leadership within the field service team, partnership building within the DAP home center sales/marketing support staff and home center customers, improving sales and merchandising processes, advancing customer support levels, putting DAP in win-win scenarios with the THD's regional merchandising teams.
