This is a home-based role offering excellent benefits and a salary range of £30,000 - £32,000 plus £3,000 car allowance.

As a health, safety Environment and quality Advisor / HSEQ Advisor, you will be performing routine environmental compliance audits and inspections, ensuring results are accurately recorded.
You will be responsible for:
* Promptly logging environmental incidents onto designated systems.
* Compiling and generating monthly environmental performance metrics for both internal and external use.
* Assisting in the preparation of detailed reports for stakeholders.
* Maintaining quality and environmental management system documentation to uphold compliance standards.
* Conducting checks on suppliers to ensure quality and environmental standards are met, including duty of care assessments for waste management partners.
* Monitoring the progress of quality and environmental objectives effectively.
* Ensuring residue samples are collected and dispatched correctly from various sites.

Fill pails with manufactured material.

Performs visual and physical inspection, sampling, testing and control of parts, products and raw materials to conform to established specifications, applicable standards and the ISO 9001 Quality System.

The Kettle Operator is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card.
The operator is responsible for area readiness to produce which includes safety and collection and preparation of materials like pails, drums, and other raw chemical materials.
One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience is required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Basic Computer Skills required (Windows Familiarity).
Lean and VFM (Visual Factory Management) skills and/or willingness to train.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Work assigned tasks on a production line making below grade waterproofing material using bentonite and High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE).
Operate and observe machinery used in the production process so that malfunctions can be detected, and supervision can be notified.
Measure material and utilize cutting tools to cut materials to specified length.
Fill pails with manufactured material.
Pack and store manufactured material by rolling materials onto a core, place the roll in a bag, and seal with a wire twist tie.
Shrink wrap or band finished goods.
Rework rejected materials.
Box manufactured accessories for further processing or shipment, following prescribed procedures.
Use a forklift to lift and transfer manufactured materials between work and storage areas.
Sift bentonite that is recycled from floors and rejected materials.
Assist in representing environmental and quality ISO management plans.
Participate in facility projects by performing maintenance and repair work related to the facility.
Utilize, sustain, and audit established Lean Manufacturing processes.
Clean work areas, machinery, and equipment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

The Kettle Operator is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card.
The operator is responsible for area readiness to produce which includes safety and collection and preparation of materials like pails, drums, and other raw chemical materials.
One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.

My client supplies fertilisers to the amenity Turf market (football pitches, bowling greens etc.) and has recently become a member of a global group.
Role: The successful Production Team Leader / Production Supervisor will report into the Production Manager and will look after circa 16 people ensuring that the production facility is operating at is optimum.
You will be ensuring that the Production Facility is equipped to prepare, manufacture, pack, warehouse, receive & dispatch the company full range of materials & products.
Your role will include direct hands-on intervention with factory activities where and when needed.
The role will include supporting the Production Manager in delivering low-cost production, conformance to plan, maximum capacity, optimum yield, minimal downtime, i.e.
best efficiency.Production Supervisor Duties will include: ·Supporting, assisting & deputising for the Production Manager and other members of the leadership team as needed -- both reactively & proactively ·Ensure that standards & requirements of Health & Safety are robustly maintained ·Ensuring that standards of product & material quality, waste, & housekeeping are fully & consistently met ·Organising & monitoring all production activities & team members ·Ensuring that the production plans are completed & achieved in the most efficient way.
