Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Handles batch making responsibilities in all departments
Trained to make all formulations i.e.
Roof coating, Latex, and Solvent departments
Responsible for housekeeping in the work area
Reports raw material/equipment needs to Production Manager
Helps maintain inventory levels/cycle counts
Fills batches according to need i.e.
1's, 5's, 55's or totes (domestic or export)
Operates tow motor
Shop floor reporting
Submit a batch sample to QC lab for approval and retain before filling

•Bachelor's degree. 10 years + of experience managing a plant. Understands and can participate in financial planning activities, including budget development, cost management and capital investment planning. Strong written communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with customers by email, as well as develop written reports and presentations. Job Description: Electrical Maintenance Engineer The successful Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for providing both reactive & planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery.
You will be working on a mixture of Electrical & Mechanical equipment.Roles & Responsibilities: Electrical Maintenance Engineer , Conducting Electrical Maintenance on equipment such as Bearings, Pumps, Chains, valves, Single & Three phase wiring, fault finding, working on control panels, invertors, motor drives and PLC controlled equipment , Providing Mechanical breakdown and planned maintenance , Focus on the key performance indicators (KPIs) identified by the Engineering Manager, and work towards achieving and surpassing agreed targets , Ensure that all necessary documentation is up to date and complete , Foster a constructive relationship with all departments and ensure lines of communication are open and can improve the site efficiency.

As an Injection Mould Toolmaker, you will be working with advanced machining equipment and be responsible for the manufacture, modification, and repair of high-precision injection mould tools.

You will be responsible for:
* Producing and modifying injection mould tools to high tolerances
* Operating manual milling machines, lathes, and surface/cylindrical grinders
* Utilising CNC and manual spark erosion equipment

* Conducting repairs and modifications on mould tools as required

* Have knowledge of preparing new Mould Tools for Production
* Strong problem-solving capabilities, particularly with tool faults and repairs
