JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:
Meets or exceed Stonhard's minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by Stonhard sales management.
Perform project manager responsibilities at the installation site and coordinate the work to be performed with an approved Stonhard installation crew/CMG (requires occasional weekend and holiday work).
Maintains accurate files and records involving Stonhard accounts through Stonhard's Salesforce CRM system.
Monitors customers' accounts receivables and is responsible for the follow-up of same.
Minimum Requirements:
Two (2) plus related experience, preferably in industrial, construction or commercial industry.
Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers.
Required travel can be up to 50%/time in the field.
Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.
A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project tasks.
Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365.
You must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

This position is also responsible for calling on current admixture customers routinely, offering them DST services.

When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit. Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility.
Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product. Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused. Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Travel up to 50% of the time.
Must be willing to spend the night out of town when required. Flexible schedule.
This includes early mornings, late nights and weekends as needed. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Building Envelope Field Estimator will evaluate existing building envelope conditions based on visual and documented areas of deficiencies, develop a scope of work to remedy identified deficiencies, and develop budgets, estimates, and or proposals associated with building envelope repairs.
This role is responsible for converting bid documents to construction documents and communicating job scope and expectations to the field site foreman, both verbal and written.

Attend pre-bids and develop photo documentation and field dimension records.

Conduct building envelope condition assessments, forensic investigations, and failure analysis to determine the root cause of problems and develop appropriate remediation strategies.
Coordinate on-site schedules, condition requirements, and the overall phasing of work.
Provide technical expertise in building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, and wall systems.
Execute take-offs of construction documents
Travels to project sites to review for proposal development.
Coordinate with Tremco Sales Representatives and WTI Construction Manager.
Skillfully prepare estimates by meticulously studying proposals, plans, specifications, and addendums by identifying labor, material, and time requirements.
Conduct detailed takeoffs for building envelope repairs, guaranteeing a comprehensive grasp of the project scope.
Assemble and present estimates with precision, incorporating numerical and descriptive information.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Four plus years of experience in the building envelope industry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or CAD drawings.
Ability to travel to managed local job sites weekly or as required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams.
Familiarity with Project Management Software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The Project Engineer / Coordinator will be responsible for delivering a high standard of engineering and service support to project teams.
Executing safe, accurate, on-time delivery of project deliverables for internal and external customers.
You will participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs and assist with preparation of the final project close-out report.

Key Responsibilities:

Our client, a leading Main Contractor working within the fit-out industry are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on the delivery of a Retail Refit in Bridport (Dorset) - managing a store refurbishment and refresh within a live environment, working Nights in Bridport.
Working as a No.1 Site Manager on site, you must have experience of running sites as an on-site Manager as a No.1, with previous experience of delivering large fit-out projects in your RECENT work history, reporting to a site-based Project Lead, of which there'll be one on Days & one on Nights.
With experience of site of working for the Main/Principle Contractor, dealing directly with the end user/client, and undertaking all daily tasks including, but not restricted to, managing Health & Safety on site, delivering daily inductions and toolbox talks, ensuring site is running to programme and dealing with any problems as they arise on site.
As well as having the above experience, you must also hold CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, & SMSTS.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects associated with a construction-related project.
This will include but is not limited to, General Contracting projects, larger-scale Contracting Patch and Repair Projects, TremCares, etc.
This will involve working with the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, or WTI Technician assigned to the project to ensure the project is effectively executed and completed safely and all contractual obligations are adhered to.
Additional duties will include participating in onsite meetings, scope of work development, proposal review, specification review, completion of project schedules, assembling project submittals, obtaining building permits, project closeout documents, and other duties as directed by the Construction Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for contributing to and validating proposals and specifications.
Conceptual Phase (specification development, establishment of milestone dates) Program Planning Phase Design Phase Conduct Pre-Proposal Meetings Proposal Phase Construction Phase Conduct pre-construction Effective Close-out Cost Estimates and schedules Use of ebuilder for all project documentation per policy manual. Assist the Construction Manager in tracking project costs, budget variances, and profitability. Accountable for Quality Assurance. Ensure the subcontractor has submitted the required documents. Establish timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report as required. Coordinate with Program Managers, Project Administrators, Project Estimators, Specification Writers, Sales Representatives, and RBM when needed. Maintain Project Schedule and update on a weekly basis. Perform site audits as appropriate. Review subcontractor payment requests with the Construction Manager. Assemble AIA billing applications for the Construction Manager's review and approval. Assist the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, Owner, or Sales Representative as needed. Close Out Stage: Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating the final inspection. Ensure all required documents are uploaded into the project files.
