JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.
Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project.
As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region.
It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly.
Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps.
Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
30-hour OSHA certification Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required. Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-sloop roofing systems, and how to repair them properly.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000.

Technical Application Specialist
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Technical Application Specialist ensures proper application of Tremco products in accordance with company and industry guidelines by providing both on-site and office-based problem resolution assistance.
This individual is a technical liaison between the business and Tremco's field-based internal and external stakeholders.

Provide or obtain accurate and timely product application, qualification, and/or troubleshooting services to internal colleagues and external business partners
Assist with general on-site product application, training, and general substrate review.
Assist with the generation and maintenance of technical documentation and collateral with various internal departments.
Examples include application instructions, technical data sheets, technical marketing collateral, product training programs, 3rd party testing/validation reports, and other product assets.
Assist in the collection of laboratory data forproject and/or product-specific testing.
Assist with and/or perform in-field and in-house analytical lab testing to confirm the chemical compatibility and physical adhesion properties of Tremco products on specified jobs, for evaluating new areas of application, new product development, and competitive product analysis.
Conduct jobsite observations/evaluations with customers and field sales reps to make accurate and timely product and installation recommendations.
Compose official letters and/or corporate communiques, including installation instructions, job qualification parameters, and competitive product comparisons along with assisting in the development of detail drawings to help secure sales opportunities.
Provide or obtain accurate and timely answers to inquiries on product usage, comparative competitive products, web-site navigation, product specifications, repair techniques, assessment and/or remedial course of action recommendations for jobsite problems, environmental regulations, construction sequencing, and technical product property questions.
Ensure product performance through proper recommendation of jobsite qualification and application techniques.
Possess and leverage a basic knowledge of Tremco's product portfolio.
Learn assigned core product line technology while assisting higher level Application Specialists with occasional direction.
Provide clear written and verbal technical support and product recommendations to internal and external stakeholders including sales representatives, technical representatives, owners, architects, engineers, contractors, installers, etc.

Project Administrator Development Lead
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Project Administrator Development Lead is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for all employees assigned or transitioning into the Project Administrator role.
This position ensures new and existing team members are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to successfully perform the duties of a Project Administrator.
In addition to training responsibilities, the Trainer will serve as a fully capable backup for the Project Administrator role, stepping in as needed to provide coverage and ensure business continuity.
Success in this role requires a high level of operational knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to translate complex processes into accessible training modules.
The Trainer must model best practices, remain current with policies and system updates, and foster a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, update, and deliver onboarding and continuing education programs for Project Administrators across all relevant project types (e.g., Patch and Repair, General Contracting, IAQ, Safety P&R, Diagnostics, TRACE, etc.)
Train employees on WTI documentation standards, compliance procedures, SAP Sales Order workflows, financial documentation, and customer billing practices.
Maintain training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and visual aids in alignment with WTI policies and system changes.
Create and maintain a central knowledge base or training library.
Facilitate one-on-one and group training sessions both virtually and in-person, using tools such as Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, and Salesforce.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors.

Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Set project timelines and goals. Coordinate work with Program Managers, sales and service support, customer management (WTI and Tremco Roofing), and resource management. Participate in the preventive and corrective action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. With guidance from research management or more senior professionals, plans and conducts experimental programs to complete a phase of a project or several projects of minor scope. • Conducts research on and testing of improvement of existing products, development of new products and technology and may include routine to complex synthesis or testing.
Assignment may be a phase of a major project or a total project of minor scope. • With minimal supervision from more experienced professionals, they conduct routine synthesis or testing which provide experience and familiarization with methods, practices, and programs (analytical, performance, physical properties, etc.). • Under the guidance of more senior professionals or research management, they acquire knowledge of Tremco's products, procedures, and applications. • Interfaces with section personnel in trouble-shooting problems with hardware, testing/synthesis equipment, product, and methods development. • May be responsible for timely calibration and maintenance of the various laboratories and equipment and documentation according to the company's business processes. • With minimal guidance, conducts literature searches and gathers pertinent information related to specific topics. • Under minimal supervision, compile, analyze and correlate technical data and write timely reports on projects completed or progress reports.
Writes procedures in accordance with the company's business practices. • Works with research management to formulate goals aligned with the executive leadership's initiatives and for professional growth. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (special skills, knowledge, ability, education, etc.): • Requires a B.S.
in Chemistry or related technical field or can be progressed from Assist Chemist (performance-based and tested) • Effective communication (oral and written) skills. • Proficiency in computer programs is necessary for writing reports and performing mathematical calculations. • Knowledge of specialized scientific programs for molecular structure drawing, experimental design and statistics is a plus
Wages: Between $38 to $45 per hour, depending on experience and education
This position is 12.5% bonus eligible.
