Our Weatherproofing Technologies Division currently seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for jobsite safety, resolving project issues and problems, scheduling and providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, quality and affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards, project costs and generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction. This position requires 5-10 years' experience in commercial construction or 5 years as a foreman.

The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
The FOM will oversee $30 million+ in annual self-performed revenue in this role.

Objective: The Technical Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, robust Quality Assurance (QA) and Control (QC), compliance with regional regulations, support of customers/field initiatives, and effective operations of the laboratory and teams.

Manage technical aspects of product development from formulation, scale-up, final product testing, and commercialization to drive process improvements, troubleshooting, and manufacturing excellence. Continuous development of CSC capabilities (personnel, facility, etc.).
Reporting & Communication: Set and track quality and technical performance KPIs, report results, risks, and improvement plan. Coordinate technical documentation, validation protocols, and reports as requested.
Communicate effectively across departments and with key stakeholders. Establish, communicate, and update quarterly team member responsibilities and goals. Establish collaborative leadership relationships within RPM businesses.
Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Contribute to the development of profitable platforms across all segments/markets. Develop knowledge and educate staff on analytical chemistry, formulation science, method development, stability, and compliance standards. Up-to-date knowledge of technical advances in field application techniques, product delivery systems, and quality control innovations. Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices with functional teams.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
The FOM will oversee $30 million+ in annual self-performed revenue in this role.
The FOM will also review and approve proposals, expense reports, specifications (SOW), PTO requests, etc., for all WTI field operations personnel within the specified region.

Travel within the Region as needed to attend customer, sales, or business meetings.

The Role of the Product Specialist Engineer
Office Based (Sussex) 2 days per week, working from home 3 days per week.?
The role will primarily consist of providing remote Hardware support for a portfolio of instruments and solutions as well as customer and employee? training.
?
The scope of support includes customers and colleagues within the UK, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
You will excel in the art of troubleshooting and pride yourself in providing excellent customer service??
As part of your Customer Support role, you will focus on:?
Remotely providing a solution focus to Hardware problem resolution to customers?
Providing remote support to field employees in the region;?
Ensuring proper complaint handling and documentation in compliance with their Quality System.
Ensuring customer satisfaction in coordination with Field Teams and Sales Managers.
Completing special projects.??
Being involved in Complaint Review, Analysis and Trending processes based on performance metrics.
Supporting their sales organizations with instrument/system demonstrations and the provision of technical responses as part of the tender process.?
?There will be an intensive initial introduction training for the first six months of the position some of which will be in their European training centers.
Thereafter, you will also be required to attend periodic training on customer support operations and product offerings at various locations.?

The Ideal Person for the Customer Support Engineer
Must be a time served field engineer looking to come off the road and tools and work in a remote support role?
Must have an engineering qualification, Bsc or HNC or equivalent?
Ideally you will have clinical pathology diagnostics experience??
Will look at other complex medical equipment such as MRI systems?
You will have good electro-mechanical systems knowledge, however our client is able to train and develop your skills and knowledge?
A logical and process-driven mindset driven & ability to manage personal time??
Disciplined to deliver service support in line with service KPIs??
Quick learner?with innovative and continual improvement mind-set??
Proven track record of troubleshooting experience??
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management??

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential customers
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
